I should have rented from another company without a doubt

Melissa MerconI reserved a self check in pick up. The owner, Bob, called moments before business closed on Friday, Columbus Day weekend, to tell me if I wasn't there by 4pm to pick up the I haul it would be canceled. I rushed out of work to go get it. I arrived before the store should have been closed, but he locked up early for the weekend so I went around back and knocked on the back door. Bob opened it and was extremely aggressive and rude. He denied making the call even though he left a voicemail telling me the uhaul would be canceled. Then he refused to help, got on his Jeep and drove away. Fortunately I was able to check in online and get my uhaul. Bob seemed like he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. He's a jerk. Rent your uhaul from another dealer.

Walter Eskerwindshield, wipers were bad. Truck was really dirty in the cab and the back. I thought renting at 3 pm gave me 24 hours from when I started renting. I showed up and the guy told me I needed it back in 6 hours and wanted me to pay a full day. Nobody told me they don't rent that way.

John CrawfordWe were told we had a different drop off location in our contract and only found out that we would be dropping off at this location once we showed up at the other location. There was no notification from Uhaul or the drop off location that things had been switched. In addition it added on extra mileage that we were charged for. Very poor drop off experience overall

Angel FlechaHad difficulty in picking up the rental specially with UHaul app. I am not sure why the app was forcing me to add my driver license front and back photos again which I had uploaded them the day I booked my reservation. So I tried four or five times in uploading my drivers license (F/B) again to complete the process to get the lock box details to pick my rental. I had called your help desk (800 468 4285) to get the assistance. I was told that there was a technical glitch with my rental which was preventing me to complete the process to get the lock-box details to pick the rental where the customer service was able to assist me after devoting my time (30 min at-least) to get this fixed. First of all I dont understand why I have been forced to download the app in order to complete my pickup of rental. Is this the way your company force customers to use the app shouldn't the download or use be voluntary.
