Lawrence RGentleman I recieved the rental from was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. At first I was upset that I had to travel further across town to get the rental, but was glad to have met this agent for Uhaul. He represents your company well. Merci.

It was very sketchy to hand my D.L. and my debit card to the manager of the Uhaul facility through a metal fence , watch him walk away with them both , and did GOD only knows what , and then comes back out to return them both. He could be running scams in the background in secret. Also don't ask me how many miles I projecting to drive and then put 40 miles on my contract. If u just gonna put 40 on my contract, don't have a verbal contract with me if it doesn't matter. Now when I returned the truck I had a great experience with the female employee.

LYLE CLocation was unorganized, they lost the van I was supposed to rent so they traded for a dirty, bird poop, dusty truck. When I asked if they could wash it down she stated there washer fluid inside. Finally after I debated she power washed the windows. But nothing else. I asked her would I be getting a new contract she said she will email it to me and never did.

JOSEPH RLOVE, the owner and she is great to work with. Not necessarily in the safest of areas, but don't want that to discredit the service that I received in the communication with the owner for the facilities. Maybe exploring just longer hours but then again because they have the pick up boxes and the drop off. It's not too complicated because everything was handled Ahead of time. Safety on picking up the vehicle after hours and dropping off after a certain time is not necessarily ideal for anyone that is a little bit more timid or vulnerable around unsafe crowds.
JESSE LThis place is horrible. Staff standing outside smoking, rude AF. Place is to be open til 5 to drop off, however closed at 330pm on a Saturday. No option to have vehicle inspected. Drop off early and they still charge you for a convenience fee as if they did anything. The truck/van smell heavily of smoke and was dirty. I will never come to this disgusting establishment ever again. Negative ZERO stars.

TYLER JI am going to talk about the location at 3025 Desert Inn road, Las Vegas, NV. I reserved a truck the night before with customer service. I was assured I could pick up a truck at 5:30am via lock box and the uhaul app. I did this because it gets HOT in Las Vegas fast and wanted to move early in the morning. I got to the location on Desert inn and when I got on the App, it said there was no truck assigned. What????? I called the 24/7 line and she found me the new place that opened at 7am.. thank God cuz the Desert Inn location opened at 10am. I will say that there were no apologies nor any kind of compensation for the mistake and loss of time. I get it they are doing their job like robots with apps and technology but want everyone to be aware that people don't really care when you are on the phone. Old fashioned in person customer service is much better. That's what I got at the new location. But I will not be using uhaul in the future.
Marsha TI had declined the insurance and was still charged $15 for it. I barely moved the vehicle in the two hours I had it and was charged $52 for gas which is insane. I've never had to pay this much for a u-haul. I only used it to move a furniture piece I bought.

BRADLEY GThe staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don't have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
