Excellent customer service! Rose processed my rental. Her great customer service skills make me feel like making this location the one I go to from now.
Holly M.I picked up the truck and had ants all inside the interior. I also received the truck with a quarter tank full of gas. Although I dropped off the truck without refilling the gas, I was charged over $80 for a full tank to fill up.
Jared L.The last 4 times I've rent a truck, the pickup location always changes. If you don't have the items, then tell your customer you do. Account payable: we prepay in advance on are credit card, then you did not remove the higher charge after I had a lower amount. This last vehicle was not good. I told the location about the condition of the vehicle.

John M.I was a bit confused about the actual end cost. The van advertised as $19 rental, but it cost me a total of $99+Gas. I rented the window for 5 hours, but returned it early and there was no adjustment made. I feel it's false advertising. The $20 is why I used U-Haul, but $99 was not planned. But it was a perfect fit for the job. The customer service agent at the store was not friendly and was rude when I went to pick up the van. “Do you really think 5 hours will be enough time? Because I leave at 2 pm and if you don't return by then, you will have to self check.†But that comment was not said nicely. The greeting was rude. As well. “Can I help you?†I said: “I'm here to pick up a van.†(I made the reservation online) She looked as if I asked for something that Uhual did have. “Ok, I need your drivers license.†She did not help or offer to help check the van for the trip. I just feel, she should have already looked at rentals for the day that had been made online and was better prepared to greet customers. Just a bad start to the whole experience.

Mark G.Wrote wrong mileage by 50 miles when we left. I should not need to take a photo of mileage from an honorable company. Gas was not half full. Needed to convince the drop off location not to charge $40 for mileage overage which Google maps proved my point. Avoid this U Haul location.

Ahmad F.The person working at the store was very rude and made me hook up the trailer myself. I have never hooked up a trailer before. She just stood back and told me what to do and she did not check to endure it was properly hooked up. She just took the picture and went back inside. Thankfully it stayed connected. I reserved furniture pads and a dolly. She said she didn't have any because “fucking UHaul doesn't give me supplies†her exact words. Since there was no dolly I had to go to Home Depot and spend $100 for a new dolly. If I had known I would have reserved at a different location. The trailer roll up door was stuck.

Albigence G.When I got there no one was there so it was eating into my rental time 15 minutes of it. When I got back once again no one there so I had to self checkout. What's the point of having a store with no employee there or always gone pretty frustrating.

They all have conflicting information, the wait time is atrocious (I was on hold for an hour and 30min and talked to 3 people before my issue was resolved). 0 stars for uhaul customer service and 5 starts for the Move It Location.

Edgar B.The seat did not work to move forward or backwards (I'm 4'11â€) the door would not stay latched closed on the driver side (safety concern), the back pull down was extremely hard getting stuck at times. How to open and secure the back was not explained and not easy for a woman who has not used this before. Tire pressure light was on, when reported I was told it was just a sensor and it was ok. I stopped to put more air in the tires as one was much lower. This truck was not safe for rental in my opinion.

Valentina G.When I received my receipt upon rental of the truck, I noticed that receipt showed the fuel tank being full when it was only half full. Upon notifying Ms. Orenallis, she corrected it. After returning the truck, the receipt once again showed the truck being returned full which it actually only half full as instructed. Not sure if this is an honest mistake or a Uhaul practice hoping people do not check when leaving the facility upon renting a truck.
