Every thing went well at the drop off. I'm lousy at backing up a trailer and the young lady at your place was helpful and very patient with me.

The inside of windshield in the truck should be washed more frequently. It was hard to see in the evening.
The location was fine and helpful during truck pick up and drop off. Moving help however was a terrible experience and Moving help/Uhaul customer service was just as bad. I was stuck with a fully loaded truck and no one to offload and when I tried to get more hours/help, the Moving help ended up charging and holding my $465 without service because the new movers never showed up and I ended up having to keep the truck and pay for 2 extra days!!!
So so expensive!!!!
Pave the trailer parking area.....got me a wet foot while decoupling !!!
The truck I had was at least 10 years old. The steering was terrible and I dont feel like I got my value out of this. I have rented from Hertz Penske the past 2 times and each time the truck was a couple years old and I should have done the same thing but this place was closer. Next time I will rent elsewhere. I was also told I wouldnt be charged for a 3rd day. I dropped the truck off around 330pm and nobody was there but it was checked in 2 hours later. That is not my problem that the person who checked it in did it 2 hours later. I wont rent a Uhaul again!
Representative was very helpful and exhibited great customer service. I will definitely use this location again.

Engine cover was loose, noisy engine real hot in cab.
Trailer was old. Running lights did not work. Other lights did work. Exterior damage not repaired (fender loose). But I realize that this location was just getting back into swing of things due to extensive roadwork over past year and equipment was just coming back in. Personnel was extremely helpful. Price was great! Great location for me.

This is actually related to Uhaul itself. When I checked out online, the site asked if I had used the blankets or the dolly. I said yes, then was charged $5 for each. Pretty shady. One would assume that items that are already in the rented vehicle when it is picked up are included in the price. To ask that at check out and then add it to your bill is dishonest business practice. We had our own blankets, but used the Uhaul blankets because they were there, same with the dolly.

Received the best customer service provided by the store manager Leticia. Moving is so stressful and with her kindness and help she made our move less stressful! We can't thank her enough! Highly recommend this location. Will always consider this storage first when we need storage again!
Since I was dropping off on a weekend, they were extremely helpful in getting everything arranged for unattended drop off.

I can't respond to all your questions because when I dropped the truck off the office was closed for the holiday. However, I'm being hit was a fuel charge of $15.30 when I actually left the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. I'm getting charged for a gallon of gas! Based up that fuel gauge, there is simply no way the agent can determine that the truck has one-gallon less fuel than when I picked it up. This really seems to be an effort to squeeze more money out of me and is simply dishonest. I rent trucks a couple times a year and recently tried UHaul, however, if this issue isn't corrected I will make sure to never use UHaul again.

Only problem was finishing my checkout (I had done most online) the U-Haul website was slow and froze up repeatedly. Otherwise all was good.

I had reserved a trailer at 4::00 & was running late & didn't get there until after 6:00. The manager had already closed but was nice enough to wait for me. It was freezing cold that day & she even helped me hook up the trailer. She was awesome, thanks again!!!
phone answering system is awful...all I wanted to do was tell her that I was returning the trailer. Eventually left a message after what seemed like dozen of press this...press that choices

Under construction. Was difficult to enter and drop off trailer.
Ridiculous as was told open until 6 and it's a self service.
We had to go out of out way to pick up the trailer at the last minute because it was not at the location in Needville Texas, our original pick up point.
Was told to "go park the trailer over there" the lady didn't want to get off her butt to help. After I started to unhitch the trailer I realized it didn't have a jack so I had to send my daughter in to ask for one. A little frustrating I had to un-hitch everything and she just watched. What is she getting paid to do? Not the best experience for sure.
