I was offered a discount to pick up the truck before 3PM about an hour away from my home. When I arrived at some half built warehouse no one was there. I got a call saying oops we thought you would get here at three. I then Proceeded to wait 30 min for the two new guys that had no idea how to check me in. When I got the keys and went to the truck it was backed up to a 6 inch deep puddle. After getting the truck open the dolly I rented and the blankets were no where to be found. Luckily I was able to wave down the two guys AS THEY DROVE AWAY!!!! They were kind and trying their best but come on ……As I thought the nightmare was over I realized after loading the entire truck that one of the tires was as FLAT! And instead of help coming to me I had to go to a shop just for them to meander around for 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have a tire. After a while they said we could try this one let me give U-Haul a call to make sure it was okay. If I knew this all would happen I would have paid the extra money to circumvent the inconvenience. Now stay tuned for part two of this at the drop off location.

The guy was nice enough. We had the truck for only five hours and drove approximately 8 miles, but we were charged for 56 miles. When I called to make a complaint there was no one answering the phone. I am disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend.

This was not the original location I had planned on to pick up the equipment. I was told the day before that I had to drive 50 miles to pick up the trailer, instead of the 4 miles that I had been counting on. I had a 10:00 appointment to pick up a 6 x 12 trailer. The door was locked and the proprietor was 20 minutes late. The phone number posted on the door to contact him did not go through. He forgot about the furniture dolly and packing blankets I had reserved. He had the dolly, but I had to go to a different location to pick up blankets. While the proprietor was friendly and tried to be helpful, it is a small location and has issues.

We got the truck and both front tires were almost blown. We were very glad that someone could come and fix the truck but it didn't end up being until after midnight the night before moving and having to leave 5 hours later. Just extremely glad my husband noticed the condition of the tires and was not in a wreck due to the condition of them. Will only feel good about recommending them to someone if we are able to get some sort of compensation for the issues.

I rented a 15 foot truck from Rexburg, and the day before the move, I get told there aren't any 15 foot trucks available. The closest one is an hour away. But a 10 foot truck is in the next town over. But at the 3 locations I checked in rexbirg, ALL of them have 15 foot trucks just sitting there ñ, collecting dust. And the prices are WAYYYYY to high. Can you say exploitative??? I would give this whole company 0 out of 5 stars

Communication and point of contact is horrible. Tracking your pod is nonexistent. Many hidden costs not represented on the internet. My items looked like they had been thrown up in the air. Several items broken. It took almost a week past promised delivery to get here. Never would recommend uhaul pods
