Erin PThis location was different in the sense that I was allowed to hook up my trailer without supervision or inspection by the staff. I am competent to do the hook up but I was surprised that the sales person would take the risk that I did not hook up correctly since they waved me on to depart without looking at the hook up. That could be costly to the company.

Tyler EI preordered a utility, appliance dolly, and pads for the move. When I picked up the truck none of these supplies were on the truck. A UHAUL customer service agent found a location for me and reimbursed me for the mileage.
Chris RPiedmont was my choice of location. U-Haul sent me three different locations to pick up my truck, saying Piedmont would not have a truck. On the day of pick-up I got text telling me to go to the third location! I called Piedmont and they had the truck ready.
melody pThe cab was dirty the truck was leaking water on the passenger side and in the bed. The bed was not swept out or cleaned.

Rebecca MI pulled in and the personnel helped me determine if we were within the allowed mileage. They helped me determine if the fuel level was at the appropriate level to return the vehicle. They opened the back to confirm I had not left anything is the box. They shared they would move the vehicle to the parking area and printed me a receipt all within a very few minutes. I will rent a u-haul again with 2 great experiences on one trip. Thank you for hiring personnel who are so customer friendly. I don't think those are traits people learn. They have developed them before and you helped them succeed. Great job I-haul. Thanks for the way you treated me!
ROCKY MThey would not hook up trailer because they didn't want to be liable. Isnt that part of there job to make sure its hooked up correctly. They didn't even watch to see if i did it really right or if help check the lights. Never had a uhaul dealership do that or say that.
DARRYL SCalled to let them know it was pouring rain and streets were flooded.. was too dangerous to drive . Was charged almost $100 for being "late" !

Samuel KThere is nothing I can think of to make this any better. The paperwork took the longest. After it was completed, had a guy out there immediately to hook me up to my truck. Took maybe less than 5 minutes. Then I was off to Load trailer.
Robert WAbsolutely don't go to MPH Automotive. Does not represent the warmth and friendliness of the Piedmont community. Unhelpful... passes buck to some other place instead of taking care of customers. Besides the truck being in good condition, nothing positive to post about MPH Automotive.

Jared BHad problems with using a pre-paid card (not aware of additional $100 deposit imposed by UHaul). The personnel at the pick up location were very patient and professional while we worked on getting this resolved. The two men who hooked up my car to tow trailer did an excellent, secure job. NOT happy with UHaul for having deposit policy for pre-paid card. Seems unnecessary. Money is money.
Mary MMy comment does not reflect on the location but on what I see as unreasonable charges. I find it unreasonable the charge for mileage on top of putting fuel in the truck. Your charge does not reflect actual wear and tear on the vehicle. I will look for alternative next time I have a moving need. If someone needs a Uhaul I would recommend this site but I will be hard pressed to recommend Uhaul due to unreasonable fees.

Douglas CPicked up truck from MPH Automotuve in Piedmont, OK. They were closed the day we were scheduled to pick up and did not let us know they were closed (wouldn't have been normally). That was frustrating.
James BThe U-Haul place was actually closed at the time of drop off which is no big deal, however there is no signage outside the building designating where to park, so we decided to park next to all the other U-Hauls in a gravel/dirt/grass lot. The owner however felt she needed to drive up there after we had finished parking and returned the keys to tell us we were going to be charged a fee for parking in the wrong spot even though it is next to the other U-Haul's not blocking any buildings or entry ways. I just think it's a little odd for there to not be any signage designating where they would prefer returns, and yet still be rude to us for parking in the only spot we sought as acceptable and for us to be charged for that.
Koby ORental and pickup of the vehicle were both seamless and easy. The amount we paid for the rental was perfect. Thank you for everything.

Dane LI understand that this is not a true U-hall establishment but putting your equipment in a dirt field does not help cleanliness. also what bothers me most is if you check my file I have rented from you three times so far this year and will have to use a trailer again in about three weeks to move my son to his new job in Enid OK this piedmont establishment charged me an additional l$10 for what they called a dirty interior of the trailer a shock to all who help us unload. Makes me question do I go to another company for the next rental.
