It wasn't just the location but also the app… I tried to get a truck and it took forever to load on the app. I also took pictures and recorded the gas was below what they said it was. I filled the tank up to what it was when I got the truck and I still got charged $25 for gas… also the truck smelt like smoke

RUL Gwe dropped off the equipment on Saturday night after it was unloaded. they have a neighbor that came out and started yelling and cursing at everyone and asking the other couple, well the husband, for a fight. so, i left with my son, we are not from the area, so we did not know if he was going in to get a gun. i will not recommend this location for night drop off, NOT AT ALL. it will not help me leave the review without answering location clean and if the personnel helpful ( IT WAS AT NIGHT I COULD NOT SEE OR DEALT WITH ANY PERSONNEL), NOW TODAY THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

Charles TPick up location is just an auto body shop that happens to rent UHaul products. People were very nice but it's an out of the way location that requires you to drive across a grass field to connect to the equipment. After connecting to the equipment the local representative told me that everything was working, but later that evening I found out that the driver side signals (brake, turn signal) actually did not work. And all of this was after my original pickup location was moved without any notice to me. After arriving to the original pickup location I was told my equipment was at another location, that required a 25 minute drive from the original location. All and all a very disappointing pickup experience.

BRIAN SVery small location, no room to park a large truck because there were small trailers everywhere. Arrived before pm Saturday and there was no personnel to help us. Had to leave the ruck parked crooked in order to fit on the lot. Tried to use the app to turn in the truck, but the app kept refreshing and making us start over. After several tries, we gave up. Turned the keys into a lock box that also told us to leave the rental agreement. I did make sure to take pictures on my phone in case of any incidents.

RON MI also had to go through about 4 different phone calls just to change my drop-off to a location near me, despite giving my pick up location our exact address. Unbelievable terrible experience all around. The gentleman who helped me when dropping it off was wonderful, but overall I will be using absolutely any other company for all my future moves.

manuel pThis location is on a side street, tucked away from view. It's small, and a bit dark at night time when I dropped off. I prefer the larger locations or at least more well lit. Otherwise no problems at all.

Lori LI was told that they closed at 12: 00 pm. So I made it back by 11:00 am only to find nobody there, nobody answered the phone, or text. Let the equipment in the driveway and had to check on it a couple dozen times throughout the weekend to make sure it was safe. Other than that, the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable.
John GA/c in truck did not work. It kept blowing at the floor and windshield even though it was on the front air vents.

Cory BIt has to be really, really good for me to post a review. This experience was the best I've had with uhaul. I picked up the truck and it was exactly what I requested. No waiting around for keys and contracts and no one wasting my time as they look stuff up on their computer. Drop off was just as easy- parked the truck, dropped off keys, and left. Got the correct bill in my email. No wasted time and everything went very smoothly. This is my new go-to uhaul location.

Gregory RThe location basically looks like an automotive junk yard that also has some Uhaul equipment, hidden back in a resedential area, The Uhaul representative did not properly secure the auto transport trailer to my hitch, resulting in damage to my truck when I attempted to load the car on the trailer.
MICKEY MThe guy who took the truck was rude and told me I was at the wrong location. I said this never the agreement and the lady at the Huntsville location made a mistake. And btw. I was headed to Huntsville, and I had know you were going to charge me. I would have driven it back
Beth FThis wass the second location I had to go to. The truck that was given to mr at the first location had the ignition busted off like someone had tried to stal it, and it was missing the passeneger side blind spot mirror. I recommend blind spot mirrors when driving a 20' moving van. When I was given the truck it only had 3/8 of a tank. When I finally got the paperwork emailed to me it stated the tank was full. Turns out the truck number =on the paperwork was wrong and I was either driving the wrong truck, or there was a major paperwork error. I rented a truck in January, and it was 5 star all the way. I dont know what happened in a month, but everything went down hill. Fortunatley for us, JD took care of everything and our bill was corrected to the right mileage. Thank you JD!!
Rob RIt was clean but not well lit and being that I dropped off after hours the surrounding area seemed super shady. All in all it was fine but maybe more lights for the lot.

Robert HI dropped off on a Sunday and this small facility was closed. The drop box for my key and contract had excellent directions so I felt comfortable leaving the truck there.

Ray TThe appliance dolly was not in the truck which was a HUGE inconvenience considering we had many appliances to move. We had to rush over to homedepot and rent an appliance dolly which cost 3x the amount just to be able to fully do our move. I also dislike the pre check in. I did the pre check in to "save" time, however, there were all sorts of other steps for me and my husband to do with our licenses before we could take off. I feel like ALL of that should have been part of the pre-check in.
JOLYNN WThe 24/7 software was very difficult to use, it kept denying me access to get th3 truck. It someone hadn't shown up when they did it would have delayed my moving plans for th3 day.
Donest EI thought I made the reservation at the Glenda location but when I showed up it had switched to a location on 105 in Conroe. The gentleman at the Glenda location took care of everything, changed the location back to Glenda and had the carrier I needed hooked up in 15 minutes.
