The woman who runs Mr. P's is AMAZINGGG!! Super sweet, super considerate, and always went over and beyond to help assist me with anything I ever needed when renting from here. If you value customer service and good prices, Mr. P's is where you need to go.

The worker/owner at this location is very friendly and warm. Situations that call for such a truck are physically demanding and unpleasant, but she made it as pleasant as possible.

Mrs Norma is a great person to help her customers she keeps it clean and is always available to help I have rented from her for over 4yrs and never had a problem

Most of our stuff was ruined or smells horrible at least we did get the insurance that helps with replacing some of it

I was told the location was open until 5pm, I showed up just past 4:30 and no one was on site. I was then told to check in via web or the mobile app. That would've been fine, but out in Theodore, cell service is sketchy at best and it took much longer to check in that it should've. I was going to leave my vehicle and go back for it later, but I opted to leave the uhaul and go back to pick it up when someone could drop me off... There was not a very well lit area to park and I did not want to risk a potential break-in.

I was with Mr P's Storage for almost 3 yrs . Norma was amazing and always so helpful. I would use them again if they were near me

I love this storage unit in particular they were always friendly and helpful thank you for taking good care of my items for 6 years.

My experience with U-Haul was absolutely miserable. Pickup here was unsatisfactory. I did not receive my equipment as confirmed in my order, nor, did I receive my equipment on time. Upon arriving at my apartment with the vehicle and NO dolly as requested and paid for, I noticed two large holes in the roof of the truck. This location was zero help, including the service line I had to call. Then after staying on the phone receiving rude service, I was sent on a journey to not one, but two other U-Haul locations. The first was confirmed to have my truck, but no dolly again. I showed up and there was a dolly available but no truck. The man told me he couldn't help me. The third location had both. Which the U-Haul company called me to say "Oh, that was a misunderstanding, it's actually a different location" and sent me here. The truck was on a quarter of a tank of gas.

Didn't have my appliance dolly or furniture dollies that were reserved. Very poor attitude from staff and unprofessional

Mr. P was great, however, U-Haul app wasn't. I could not use the app to check the truck out or back in. Just glad Mr. P's was able to manually do this for me without charging additional fees.

There was a man with no shirt. He, nor the woman were helpful. I reserved a dolly and they didn't have one. I'm still waiting for a credit back to my account.

All of the staff was nice, but you might look into putting gravel down in the RV lot. My husband and I got stuck in the lawn because it had been rainy and we have a 4x4 Dodge Ram.

The agent was very nice but It was a long checkout unfortunately. Also the agent there quoted the price as $195, not $83 as the Uhauls agents did. So I had to call Uhaul and pay over the phone. If I had the money, I might have just agreed with her and paid the higher price.

One note... when I tried to get the truck back to 3/4 tank, it showed below 3/4 as I continued to put fuel in, then jumped to full suddenly

After reviewing and visiting multiple storage facilities, I decided to patron this location. *Professional and Courteous staff member. She (the office receptionists) was very welcoming.

The location advertises that it has security cameras but failed to tell us the cameras have not been working in over a year until our unit was broke into and I asked to see video.

I felt my property in your storage facility was safe and secure. I would definitely recommend your facilities to friends. And price was best I found for space I needed.

Convenient location for drop-off, especially at night. The drop box signage could be better, but zero issues - I'm glad they were there and I'll use them again.

Better communication between staff, better training for staff. Both aspects were poor. My addition of the tow dolly was not communicated to the employee who worked the saturday morning, and the employee was not properly trained on how to rent out the equipment properly.

This location was new to U-Haul and didn't have all of the accessories such as pig tail extensions. They had to find the tools to loosen the clamps on the trailer in order to pull out enough wire to connect to my truck.

Nothing to approve on. They were spot on & customer service was very polite. I will definitely recommend :)
