Tom TThe Wiring harness was all of 1/2” long so I had to run around to get one then had to add an extension in order to have lights on the trailer causing a delay into my trip and extra out of pocket expense.
Ashley PThe Lubbock facility gave my prepaid reserved trailer to someone else and cancelled my order without notice . Had to drive 60 miles out of route to get an alternate trailer from the nice people at Ralls.

Eduardo SReturning the trailer was difficult without someone there to help. It took time to figure out expectations and the number on my paperwork for the drop off place was not answered and I wasn't able to leave a message. Luckily the website was helpful and explained a lot.

Robert SCouldn't find the number on the building . If it weren't for another uhaul trailer, then I wouldn't have found the place. The lady we had to go find never did come greet me and her staff was rude. I didn't like the drop off in Ralls at all!! But the pick up in Mason and the the use of the truck was great!!

Kenneth PNo one was there for my "appointment". I drove 40 miles from my original pick up location and had to hook up my own trailer. The Lubbock location did not "hold" my reservation. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Rita TUHaul would not accept the same credit card payment, claiming it was over the limit. It was not. I had to come up with cash on very short notice.
