The vehicle was clean and available for immediate use, but the guy working the front desk was sucking on his lollipop incessantly while affirming my rental.

Peter SWe were booked for a 9ft cargo van but his location doesn't have them. Uhaul never contacted us to switch locations, so we found his out when we arrived at Mr. Stor it. The gentleman working was able to accommodate us and was able to provide a resolution. He was very kind and patient. The truck ran smooth and was pretty decent on fuel economy. However, the renters before us failed to clean their candy wrappers and leaves out. We had to clean their mess, so we didn't get charged a cleaning fee. Overall, I would use this location again. Customer service is everything and the gentleman helping us made the situation right and we still made it to our appointment on time.
Ashley Kthe truck they gave me had a bad back axel. If I went over 25/30 it would shake really bad. By the time I turned around and got back they were closed. Had to have roadside come out and tell me to call the uhaul on Babcock for them to tell me that the roadside guy "bullshitted" me and that they can't help me with a new rental. Hoping I don't get charged twice. Luckily they found me a 24/7 truck share.
Nicole GThe guy there wasn't at his desk we called and the phone rang, when he finally arrived. We explained we had a return, he said "you sure you have the right place". With a one way rental you have the option to drop it off at the closest truck facility. I called this place earlier and he said he couldn't take a trailer. That went to another place which was great as well but MR STOR IT, and the person who worked this weekend gives you a bad name an gave me a bad taste in my mouth

Edgar VThere is terrible service at the Mr. Storr it in Bayside lakes for Tmobile customers!! I spent 2 hours trying to check-in and out. Such a miserable experience. You should have wifi with a password that is given at checkin/out. The only positive about that whole debacle was the customer service rep I spoke to. Her name was Falcon. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is an incredible asset to UHaul and deserves some recognition or even better, a raise!

John JThe consul in the cab was very dirty and sticky and you can tell that they don't clean the dash and center consul after each use. Had to clean the windows inside and out because you could not see clear out of them. And also the steering wheel. They need to wipe down and clean the inside of there trucks after each use. Over all it was ok and the back of the truck was clean and swept.
Vincent BWas originally scheduled to pick up in port Saint Lucie made reservations 2 weeks prior to pick up when we got there the truck was not available had to drive an hour to get to truck after getting the run around and going to another location that did not have a well maintained truck.

Jessica DThis was supposed to be no contact pick up. I had a hard time using internet to log in. Finally finished and was told get keys at counter. Had to wait 30 min for someone to arrive to get keys. When I brought truck back later 10:40pm, I could not use Uhaul app because kept timing out. No wifi to use. This place in in the boonies. Called uhaul and was on hold for 40 min waiting to get answered. The lady that helped on phone to check in was great and was done in 5 min. Very pissed off losing so much time at this place. Truck ran great!

GaryM WI rented a dolly to go along with my uhaul and it was never included with the truck so I had to go rent an additional one from an alternative location.

BRIAN MWhen dropping off the U-Haul with truck share we never received information on where to leave the keys with a code for lock box. We called after hours number which did not work and finally had to drop keys through the mail slot since there was nothing else we could do.
