Back was clean but there were sunflower seeds in the cup holder area. I don't think anyone had time to clean it in between people. Very nice help.

Truck was filthy inside , dog hair and spilled coffee everywhere in cab.

Jim Swas yelled at by the lady outside to enter a code if i want to park there, i told her i was dropping off a uhaul and those were the instructions on here . and she scoffed and said “again, this sh*t just never ends” and walked by inside. i also was charged an addition like $120 at drop off when i shouldn’t have been.

Dominic BI was charged a fuel surcharge. And the Lady was not personable. Not friendly, I've been going to that location for several years and I will not go back. I have pictures that show the fuel levels and I was charging additional $20 I'm kind of pissed
Rachel mThe gas was lower than expected, sent a pic as proof at check in. Returned the truck with the gas at a higher level than received. If the pic was taken as parked upon on a slight slope, sure it may not be accurate, as at pickup. Charged $59 or so for fuel. B.S. Then I tried to call in. Waited, said yes to a call back. No answer when called back, placed back in the mail answering service twice. Please have a manager call me as I am upset with this. Some day off, get a receipt that is inaccurate and frustrates me that someone on your end needs to learn to read a gas gauge. 602- 423-7407

Ellen BI received the 15' uhal with a little over 1/4" of gas. So when on returning the truck. I did not filled out the return the truck forum my self. After giving the keys to the office. Therefore they filled out the return forum and they charged me for not fuel service and fuel . Total of 55 dollars. I have a receipt of filling up the tank before dropping it off at the same level I received the truck. I don't know what went wrong. I did not contact them because I didn't wanted to go through the hassel and argue with them.

Melyssa RCab was dirty. There was old dog food on the floor. An oil based cleaner was used on the floor which made for a slippery and unsafe drive. There was also a non functional windshield wiper that we were made aware of halfway through our drive when it started to rain. I don't believe the truck should have been rented in that state and maintenance standards should be much higher.
Mason LAs always, the receptionist is cordial and very helpful. The truck I rented was not clean-- the bed needed cleaning and the truck needed a wash. I thought about washing the truck before I returned it but ran out of time. Why is the cost per mile so high? It is really not related to the rental of the truck......

Charles JOnce I rented the truck they told me I could not leave my car at the lot, they Said, "parking was only for customers", and " I needed to park my car someplace else". That would have been good to know ahead of time! Completely Ridiculous!!!!

EVANGELINE BPricing not explained in advance and was surprised to see final bill for pick up rental. Pricing plastered all over truck is 19,95 per day and was charged over 100 per day?! Will not recommend uhaul as rental for sure. A regular car rental for truck is cheaper and no false advertising
Jeremiah MMan who checked in the truck was gruff did not even say hello then he noticed I left my 2" hitch ball in the hitch receptacle and removed it as i was saying thank you I had forgotten it. He replied without saying you are welcome, don't ever rent from us again with this ball it is loose and any damage will be your fault. I checked the ball and notice it was tight on its mount, So I told him don't worry I will never rent from you again.

Marc BFor the first time EVER, I was charged a cleaning fee! It's raining - of course there's going to be dirt on the floorboards! I'd even swept it out (and washed all the interior glass because the glare on the smears was so bad I couldn't see). Kind of sad, but NOT my usual experience with this location - in fact, this is the only pickup location that hasn't caused me at least one migraine in the last year. I'm going to assume it was dirtier than I thought - I can't stomach the thought of losing the only U-Haul location that doesn't give me nightmares!
