I was double charged for my rental when I returned the truck and it wasn't realized until I got home. When it was brought to your agent's attention he replied he didn't know how to correct the error and gave me the phone number of someone else to contact. Two calls have been made, messages left to no avail. My # is 812-525-2943 name is Gina Enrique. I'd appreciate a return call asap. Thank you very much. Truck was rented on 8/13-8/16/24.

Shad SU-haul as a whole was AWEFUL! Your constant changing pick up and drop off locations caused A LOT of additional STRESS! Was a not a good experience!

Linda CDropping off is kind of concerning only because somebody's not always there to checked in 2 days later, Then they tell you trailer is not there. And then they're looking at the wrong invoice so that kids straightened out then they bill you for the other 2 days that you already had it back and then you gotta call them and have them fix it.
Justin RPerson at Muffler Masters spent the whole time on a personal phone call and got annoyed when we asked for help. No help hooking it up, or securing the car, even after asking for assistance. We've never transported a car before so we wanted to feel secure and be sure we were doing it correctly for the safety of others, our car and uhaul's equipment. We had to stop at a mechanic shop down the road and ask them to double check that we secured everything correctly. We did, thankfully. This Muffler Masters is a horrible place. Will never rent from there again!

Dolores sThe online/phone Uhaul agent gave us a pick up time that was about 45 mins too early. Not good that they did not communicate with the Taylor AZ operator. Aside from that the rental went A-OK.
Kevin HGood, however, it took me 3 stops to find this location. Google Earth shows it near a grocery store. I had to make a call and ended up at another Uhaul...still wrong one. Someone needs to have Google or whoever where this address is. 3rd stop was finally the correct location. Very frustrating.
Laurie wUHAUL needs to communicate better with their facilities regarding inventory on hand. I reserved a truck online that was not at the location when I arrived. Kris resolved my problem and gave me extra time for the inconvenience.. Thank you Kris!!!

Kym MIssue with bill. Was over charged for 2 days when I only had the trailer one day. Now I have to go there and try and get a refund. Sucky ass auto system.

GEORGE BTo start, The man working there was working on someone's car and I had to wait for 30 minutes before he would check out the truck to me that I had already reserved and paid for on line. He didn't explain anything about dropping off the keys after hours. I had to figure everything out on my own. The truck itself had so much play in the steering that it was incredibly difficult to keep it on the road. When I dropped it off, I had to check it in on line or pay more for them to check it in the next morning. The on line check in asked questions and one was asking if I had swept the truck out. I said no because when I picked it up it had dirt and leaves in it so, I had to sweep it out before I could use it. I was charged for not sweeping it when I was finished (It was cleaner when I dropped it off than it was when I picked it up.) The guy that works there was very rude and probably shouldn't work with the public at all. For all of these reasons I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

ROBERT VI was charged an extra $21 for something, that I wasn't informed about, prior to taking it from my Bank Account. Probably because the envoice said I had a half tank of gas, and I brought it back with just under a half tank, But if you look at my origianl statement when picking up the truck I disputed the half tank because it was just below half full and I pointed it out on my original invoice.
Rodney HNo one was present for drop of in the middle of the day, a note was left on the door stating out to lunch and a phone number. I called, he stated he was over in the next town, and was rude about it possibly being returned in a less than good condition. Again, call if you want to discuss.
marcus mThe location had a sign on the door that said gone to lunch so we waited over an hour and nobody came so we called the number on the sign to find out when he would be back and he said he was on a call . Just drop the keys and contract in the box and he would call me. Waited all afternoon and no call but received an email from U-Haul that it was done.

Phyllis OI was helped very well at this location, the problem I had was that I reserved a 26 foot truck and the day before I received a call saying that it was not available and they had no 26 foot truck anywhere close by. I ended up having to get a 20 ft truck and a small trailer, which together still isn't even close to as much room as a 26 ft truck, therefore I ended up not being able to fit all my stuff in and had to have a friend drive another trailer full of my stuff all the way to Nevada which wasn't cheap. So even though I rate both places good, because they treated me good while I was there, my overall experience with Uhaul absolutely sucked. I ended up paying over a $1 000 dollars extra in gas, and a friend two days of driving, just to get my stuff moved. Unless I get some kind of compensation for the pain it turned out to be I will never use Uhaul again.
Jared BAfter I checked out the trailer in Yuma, U-haul sent me a text with the address in Taylor, AZ to return the trailer: 102 N. Main St, Taylor, AZ 85939. When I went to that location to return the trailer, they refused to take it. I showed them the text from U-haul instructing me to return it to their facility. They still refused to take it. They advised that I would need to drive to another town 30 miles away to return it. Fortunately, we were able to locate a different U-haul provider in Taylor: Muffler Masters. Even though I was on Muffler Masters list and he didn't really have room for another trailer, he accepted the trailer. I was very grateful to Muffler Masters for helping me out and accepting the trailer.

RICHARD JThe trailer I reserved was not at this location instead it was transferred to a location 50 miles away that’s 200 miles to get and return not acceptable I was not told of the change I’m very upset who ever did this and did not call me very bad business
Robert GFirst of all I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul in Showlow Arizona, The trailer was not there they sent me to a Taylor Arizona which is about 40 minutes away service there was horrible no one was there to greet me I don’t know what to tell you I think you guys suck

William HWindshield not cleaned, possible soda spill inside the cab very sticky, also very dissatisfied with the Pinetop/lakeside site , lots of trucks on lot but was told none for one-way ,had to wait for a call from center location to be tolded only one available was in another town further to the East of where I was ??? Why is that??.
