Didn't have vehicle i booked, but gave me a better one for same price. Told me my booking had been switched to Ajax Ontario, which was 20 to 25 mins away. Not well executed, but person at rental did what he could. Vehicle was pretty old, but did the job

There was some communication barriers (accent). Definitely renting the vehicle was not 29 dollars as advertised. I was not sure if all charges were clearly explained and I did not know that I would receive emails to check before driving the vehicle and the extra charges. I am not contesting any charges and accept my fault in not fully checking for all charges and price. The provider could have been more clear and helpfull. I use the vehicle for about 90 minutes and drove 24 kilometers. I find that paying 73 dollars for this usage was excessive.

The odometer was wrong there was dents that were not and scratches that were not marked. The application trolley holder was not working.

They call me to tell me there was a problem with the truck, when the only problem was, they didn't know the combination to the lock. And instead of them contacting U-Haul for combination. They contact me, by says there is a problem with the truck not what the combination is. Making it sound like there was damage to the truck. Plus, this no credit for leaving extra gas in tank, is wrong. I was to leave it with 41 miles of gas and I ending up leaving with over 120 miles. hard to judge on such a long trip. With the costs at $1,4 plus a liter in Canada that was expensive extra to not get credit for.

The U-Haul trucks feel like they're gonna break down. The transmission kept slipping out of the U-Haul, which caused us the pull over to the side twice. The vehicles at this location seem to be very old.

Very minor complaint...the store opened at 9:05. Opening was supposed to be 9:00. But hey, we've all been late for something at one time or another :)

Hire someone who has some customer service skills. Someone who has SOME RESPECT and LISTENING SKILLS. I have rented from UHAUL many times over the years and will never never rent from this location again.

There were problems: 1) The computer terminal had problems causing me to wait, 2) The trailer had brake & signal, but no running lights, - I tested the trailer connection at home. 3) The safety chains were modified incorrectly, & Uhaul did not do anything to correct the safety chain issue.

The trailer had oil/gas plus saw dust on the floor. I had to wash and scrub it before putting my furniture in it.

I was deeply saddened when I received my receipt for payment of the truck rental. $119 per kilometer was shown on the order, but when I received my receipt I noticed I was charged $192 per mile, here in Canada. The issuing agent never warned me I would be charged at a US rate. Very bad business practice. Errol Rollox.

I booked the truck online and completed the check in online to save time. I then had to start the process from the beginning in person, including having the uhaul employee request my license and information, even though I had entered it all into the app in the interest of saving time. I paid $187 when the price on the app was $139 (this price included the damage protection, taxes, etc.). When I advised the employee of the price discrepancy, he argued with me, stating I had only entered 81kms into the app, not the 130kms I had intended on driving. The app was miles, therefore it was the same distance, yet he somehow charged me much more. Extremely unhappy with the overall experience.
