I made a reservation. If I had shown up on time the truck would have not been present. I had to wait on the vehicle to be cleaned out and for my rented equipment to be given to me.

We turned the trucking a day prior @ 11 am Wednesday Jan 6, we weren't able to reach anyone in customer svc. The location was closed so we dropped keys into box where it asks you to leave them. I got a call the next day @ 11 asking me about the keys??? I assumed they found them. No one ever followed up I made a couple calls and continued to get voice mail ki one has yet returned my call

Poor instructions for picking up the truck. The reservation was never sent over to the location leaving all parties confused. Truck was dirty when picked up.

My interaction with the dealer, Cody I do believe was his name was extremely pleasant. The truck was in great shape and my overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location for rentals based off of customer service and low prices.

Too many hidden costs. A half day rental advertised as $19.95 a day some how ballooned to $154 . I still haven't figured out how it was so high. I retuned the truck the same day . I estimated 30 miles but actually did 55, okay 79 cents a mile but still $154. And I filled the tank to the rim. Never ever again will I use this service

I'm actually not sure to what standard I should expect from U-haul as this is the first time I have ever used them. The attendant at the pickup location was really nice but the location in general was hard to find due to the office being in a run down motel/hotel. The environment didn't seem that of a professional company. It was a little scary to be completely honest.

I reserved a suitable trailer hitch in advance and was told there was not a trailer hitch available for my car during check in. I had to rideshare back to the location to pick up my car. I called another location and they set me up with a trailer hitch, but it cost me another rideshare. Because Murfreesboro Pike Minis either didn't have the right equipment reserved or the person did not know what they were talking about, I had to waste $50 on ridesharing.

My price was $40 above what was expected to pay when I only drove 40 miles which should have been included

The location O had requested to return at was too full to accept my trailer. They referred me to another location about 5 miles away. That was fine , but the new location had virtually no signage— I drove past it twice. No sign on building indicating it is a UHaul location. No sign indicating where the office might be. The area felt unsafe and uncomfortable to be out walking around. There was no one to assist me in disconnecting the trailer. My overall rental experience was very good, but it was significantly lessened by the return experience and location.

I don't think a shady motel in a not so great part of Nashville, Tn. suburbs is a great location but it did serve the purpose. Note: A note on the office door stated, "no children allowed" to stay, too many sexual predators stay there.

Maybe include the things purchased from the customer and warn them how awful the experience will be before hand. I expect to be refunded for the missing dollies we were charged for. We will never rent from u-haul again,

I originally requested pick up near my house, and the day before, the location shifted to an inconvenient neighborhood dealer at a discount hotel location 7 miles away. I confirmed an appliance dolly, but they didn't have one with the truck. I wanted the drop off to be I-285 at S Cobb and he processed it for Fulton Industrial some 12 miles away from the intended pick up location at 543 Cobb Pkwy S Cobb Pkwy. It was going to cost an additional $400 to drop it off at S Cobb Pkwy since it was considered the wrong drop off. I had to rent a Fortunately the nice gentleman at S Cobb was able to process the drop off without the additional fee. I will not use U-haul this weekend for another transport of furniture. I will use Budget or Penske.

Last minute change of puckup location by uhaul created timing issues for us. Should have been td about 1way rentals when i fist made reservation and was speaking with an associate. Also, having to buy hitches and light connections was unexpected. I thought those were provided w rental. Spent another $75 on this :(

Customer service from 1-800 Uhaul totally unprofessional and rude. Web site was crummy and often froze while trying to return the rental. The guy that actually ran this facility did try and help but he wasn't very knowledgeable about certain procedures.
