Had a 4 o'clock rental but nobody showed up until 4:30. Truck was a little dusty.
James ScottReserved a 5x8 enclosed trailer for a one way haul, the trailer was clean and in very good condition. check-in easy and pick-up was quick and easy. I forget the ladies name but was effecient, very nice and could answer all my questions

Brian FaunceUsing the self return option through the U-Haul app and returning the truck after business hours presented some major challenges. The return area and key drop box were located behind a locked gate. No instructions were provided to get through the gate, so I had to call UHaul customer service to get a key code to enter the gate.

Sharon MesnardThe phone app and after hours check in /out is horrible. The steps required to enter your information is ridiculous. It takes a half an hour to go thru all the steps. The number of e mails U Haul send to you, with steps to follow for your rental is crazy. The store I rented the truck from, and the human I dealt with were great. The check in/ check out process will keep me from renting from U Haul again.

Andrew EricksonAdded charges without consent. I would rather do business with another company that states a price up front and it doesn't change! Uhaul added several costs when selecting on the website making it difficult to not select additional not needed items. Seems like a bad marketing technique to get more money out of customers. I don't like it!

Erik GamarraThe parking lot was very muddy. There was no U-Haul personnel onsite when I arrived during the normal open hours. I even tried checking in online to drop off the vehicle but the website was not accessible (likely due to the remote location off the grid). I had to call 4 people at U-Haul to get a live agent that could assist me to check the vehicle in. I did not want to be unfairly charged for an additional day due to no one onsite to accept the vehicle.

KRISTIN LYNN-HEL JOKIMAKIDrop off day was a Sunday and location was not open so cannot rate location or service at this site. Did the UHaul app for drop off with lockbox for vehicle key. Couldn't complete the information required by app so had to contact customer service again to complete my rental. Will say that rep was extremely helpful. Am hopeful she was able to close out the rental and that I won't be overcharged.
