Added charges without consent. I would rather do business with another company that states a price up front and it doesn't change! Uhaul added several costs when selecting on the website making it difficult to not select additional not needed items. Seems like a bad marketing technique to get more money out of customers. I don't like it!

Remote pickup was not working. They were open so it was not a problem.

Erik G.The parking lot was very muddy. There was no U-Haul personnel onsite when I arrived during the normal open hours. I even tried checking in online to drop off the vehicle but the website was not accessible (likely due to the remote location off the grid). I had to call 4 people at U-Haul to get a live agent that could assist me to check the vehicle in. I did not want to be unfairly charged for an additional day due to no one onsite to accept the vehicle.

KRISTIN LYNN-HEL J.Drop off day was a Sunday and location was not open so cannot rate location or service at this site. Did the UHaul app for drop off with lockbox for vehicle key. Couldn't complete the information required by app so had to contact customer service again to complete my rental. Will say that rep was extremely helpful. Am hopeful she was able to close out the rental and that I won't be overcharged.
