Fix the app. I couldn't get past uploading my license picture on my android. After I clicked the check to upload the pic the app would go back to the initial screen. I swapped to my wife's iphone to get past it. It took 3 tries on her phone to finish up. Returning the truck did the same when it was time to upload the gage pic. I had to swap to my wife's iphone again to finish.

Your system told me that no trailers were available within 60 or 70 miles but this site had multiple trailers available and I drove past at least 2 or 3 other uhaul sites that also had multiple trailers sitting on their lot unused. You absolutely ARE losing money because of this. Had I not drove past this site everyday for work and knew they had trailers available I would have rented from a competitor or made other arrangements. You need to fix this problem.

Christina B.We got less than 100 miles from the location in Chattanooga and saw that the front wheel straps were completely off the tires. The men who helped me load the vehicle on the trailer were helpful but because the vehicle was not pulled completely forward it rocked ( & not in a good way). We had to replace the straps on the tires 3 more times before we got to Conway then when we got here we found that the rocking had caused the shifter cable to break. $150 for a mobile mechanic to get the car off the trailer,$125 to tow it to a dealership,$225 for cable& $110 in labor.
paul M.I scheduled early pickup from my phone. Your system would not work. Even though the early pick up was verified days in advance, when I logged in online and on the app, they both told me to wait until the store opened an hour later. When the store finally opened, the owner told me that early pick-up never works and he tells his customers to not use it. Why do you have an option that doesn't work? Get rid of the option or fix the problems so it does. When he finally got me set up, the key was outside in the pick up spot, meaning it should have worked the whole time. Upon inspection, there were bloated Cheetos ground into the floor. What I didn't see was the broken glass in the back of the truck; I found that when my toddler sat down on it. Your inefficiency put my family two hours behind schedule. (This is on top of you changing our pick-up site to half an hour away instead of the 2 miles away we had ordered, then charging us for those miles.) Because of these issues, we didn't have time to load properly since we had a meeting later that morning, and again that evening. We had to return to our load site twice more just to move and make our meetings. What should have taken us one load took three because our timing was unnecessarily delayed, which means you get to charge us triple the miles. I understand that you have parameters that you have to work with; truck availability and location are logistical factors, and I try to be accommodating. However, when the order is placed weeks in advance, I would hope that it can be fulfilled as ordered. If you need to change locations, allow grace miles instead of charging the customer for extra miles that they incur because you couldn't deliver. We tried contacting you about these issues before the pick-up date. We were on hold for over two hours just to speak with someone who cared or could help. We never got someone like that. Instead, we got through to someone after an hour who mocked my wife, told us she couldn't help us at all because she just worked in a warehouse, and forwarded or call to someone else who never answered. While I was on hold I tried your chat feature. It wouldn't submit. At this point I don't know why I was surprised. I even submitted an email while I was on hold. I have not received any response yet. Here I am filling out another survey, which I have no confidence will be read or used to improve your business model or customer experiences. The best thing I can say about this already stressful experience is that the p in both your Winchester store and the pick-up site in Tullahoma were polite and as helpful as your limiting parameters would allow. You're business is rooted in helping us deliver our goods; it would be nice if you delivered occasionally too.
