I had the trailer fall off and hit the back of my car almost immediately after I drove off the lot. I had to walk back and have the guy reattach and trailer to my hitch. It was pretty scary being this was the first time I had ever towed a trailer. I had a fear that this may get happen again along my drive. Not a very pleasant experience.

I booked an in town truck on accident and instead of changing the reservation like I tried asking the representative refused. Causing me to spend over $500 for one use of the vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, will never use uhaul again for this price and behavior.

There was no one there to help. I called uhaul and had customer service help me check in my return. I kept the truck one extra day and got charged a bit much. I even filled up the tank full all the way when they gave it to me at 3/4. The return location was basically an auto shop with no one there to help me

I specifically requested an online check in because I did not want to go inside the building nor did I want the staff to have to touch my personal items. But this did not happen and I didn't appreciate it all. I also found a marijuana vape inside the cab of the truck.

If some gas in the truck so you don't run out after you get 4 miles away and they have the inside you the truck clean and old cups and food removed I was charged 469 miles which I did not drive 69 miles

1-The auto transport ratchets were very rusted making them difficult to operate. 2-I called in advance and the "U-Haul" person arrived 30 minutes later. A different person connected the transport and I believe it was not exactly connected per the U-Haul video. When the "U-Haul" person arrived, he assured me it was. I had no problems with the connection during the entire trip. 3-I called in advance and questioned if I should bring the car I was to transport so it could be inspected after loading. I was told "yes", which I did. Once the "U-haul" person arrived, I was told that "no, U-Haul does not load the vehicle or check it once it is loaded, that it is my responsibility". I did load it, it was NOT checked in any way,, which is fine,, but,, I wasted time and gas getting the car there when I could have saved the time and money just loading it at my house instead of having to make a 75 miles trip because I was told to bring it for the inspection. Very unprofessional and very poor customer relations when the wrong information is dispensed by the "professionals".

Dropped off after hours and was quite dark. The location was not well lite and drop box was not clearly pointed to or visible. I called on Sunday to verify all was ok spoke to someone was put on hold and never gotten back to. Called on Monday spoke to someone to follow up and was told I should have ceck my email. Truck had been rented.

This location was able to tell me how to rent a Uhaul with ease as this was my first time renting one. Great location and easy parking due to the large space available.

Getting a call last minute after i had reserved a week ago , that my location for pick up had changed and i had to drive an hour and a half to pick up the trailer. And when i got there they didnt even have the trailer! What a freaking nightmare day it was

The guy (owner?) that helped was nice and courteous. The building is pretty shabby, but that's typical for this part of town so no worries. It was safe and the experience of the service was great.

When the truck comes back from previously used to do a complete clean up. Mine has junk in the back and was filthy inside with food and spilled liquid. I cleaned everything up before returning it.

Horrible.. don't waste your time. Its not so much the equipment it's the lack of support from these u-haul dealers. The on line check in and out is supposed to be be helpful but it's not. The last thing you need when you're planning a move is the significant delays because the people running the dealers are to lazy to open on time and make you jump thru obstacles because their system is garbage. Do your self a favor and rent from Hertz

The attendant needs to improve his “client services skills”. He was eating while typing the order in his computer. He did not act professional. His service was very “cut to the chase”. It did not make my husband and me feel valuable. I will choose a different location if I ever needs further service from U-haul.

The Customer Service Person (Middle Eastern Decent-mid 30's - Male) at Nagis Electronics Is RACIST, inept and had no interest in delivering a quality Customer Service Experience! There are so many things to list, that I won't waste my time. However, I will say the “experience “ started with him not wearing a Mask (in a Pandemic-Go Figure!) and me demanding (sad that I couldn't just “request it”) that he put one on!

This is the BEST place to rent a U-Haul; very friendly owner - truck was well maintained - everything was easy and convenient - as it should be. I have used several U-Haul locations in Lancaster and Palmdale, this one is the best by far!!!!

I was over charged I only drove 11 miles I filled the tank completely to full and I got charged for Furniture moving pads and they didn't even provide any I also was charged for a dolly and it was not provided either

The owner didn't help us and focus on us because he has his main business so he was focus on his business instead. Also, he didn't help us the connect the trailer in the truck knowing is heavy and we needed help. Also, a truck that was available wasn't working and said he didn't know when it was going to be repair.

I tired to return the truck to a location, that was different from where I picked it up. I arrived at the pick up location at 3:45 and wasn't able to finish my pickup time really was 5pm and the dealer /Nagis electronic there was an empty water bottle on right passenger side of vehicle. I had to keep the truck an extra night until morning of 09/04/2020. Because I had to return it back to a farther location. This seems to be inconvenient and added way too many more miles and time. So from this location I will not be back

What not at the location for the appointment was over hour and half late. Had a horrible experience. I had an appointment with a different location and no Uhaul available for my reservation. Then had to drive hour away to this location and then nobody was there at this location.... Horrible customer service with Uhaul.

There was a battery or alternator problem and the owner to try to make me feel like it was my problem or fault or responsibility. I called AAA Got a jump and let him know I was not going to play the blame game I want to give him his truck and be done. I am totally dissatisfied

Truck broke down on my 6 times . I wasted my money and time now I have to make arrangements to pay for another u haul on another day. The location manager would give no reimbursement for my issues.

This drop off location was great, however, it was not the original location. I had been scheduled to drop off at 38241 6th St E ste d, Palmdale, CA 93550. The man working there was extremely unprofessional and clearly on drugs. He yelled at me saying I had to return the dolly I rented back where i got it (which is 7 hrs away) or it will cost me 60 to 80 dollars more. I have never felt so uncomfortable and confused I just wanted to return the dolly. I am greatful to the uhaul reservation department who called to confirm the drop off location, they were extremely helpful in finding a second drop off location.

Moving image the coronavirus made it especially difficult to find enough help to load up the truck and unloaded at the new house, which I had to do twice. I wish I had known from U-Haul ahead of time that if I did not bring the truck back within the 48 hour period that I rented it for I wouldn't just only be renting it for a third day but also paying an additional $50 late fee.

Trailer left light was working when picked up. After being pulled over by Highway Patrol to notify me that the light was not in working order. Luckily I was given a warning and advised to notify uhaul of the malfunction. Light worked intermittently.

The cashier, client and another individual that may work at this location were arguing and curing each other and both parties wanted to introduce me into the situation by asking for my opinion. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe but I stayed to get my moving truck so I sucked up my fear. Because of their argument I had to wait an additional 20 mins to get going. This location didn't have a computer and everything was done via a phone. The location was filthy dirty. The Vehicle was in good working condition but was a bit dirty from the elements. I would never again rent from this particular location.

The lady that helped me to check out my 26' truck, was rude and very unprofessional. She overcharged me for miles, I drove at max 20 miles and I was charged for 90. And then after I made a complaint to U-Haul, I was then charged an additional $45 without my authorization and no reason at all. I am very disgusted with this experience.
