Had to figure out which vehicle I was supposed to pick up. Vehicle was so dirty and nasty. I took videos.

Customer service can be improved. The UHAUL was filthy and I had to sweep out the whole back from the last business but overall they did have the truck ready for me and I appreciated that.

Domimc bI reserved a 15' truck a month prior, yet it was given a 10' truck. It was truly an inconvenience. i will NEVER use U-Haul & encourage others to use a different service also

Edwin CCab was filthy dirty, unknown gooey substance on floor of the cab and in cargo area, doors do not seal and passenger door does not close completely and was a safety concern for my help, overall the worst U Haul experience! Ana MScam artist. This location billed me for incorrect mileage. The folks at this location are using the trucks or lending them to friends and then billing U-Haul customers the mileage. I am very upset, I barely drove the 25 miles I paid for, now imagine paying $450+ for the previous renter's mileage. This location never told me to use a phone to click a link before driving away, once you drive away without clicking the link your responsible to report the miles, gas, and condition using the link. What if your like me and didn't have a phone with me??? Screwed… U-Haul lost a customer for life after this bs.
Jonathan LLetting the customer know they HAVE to bring it back to the same location. Very inconvenient for me to drive of the opposite side of the city because I was never notified.

Arlene JI had the trailer fall off and hit the back of my car almost immediately after I drove off the lot. I had to walk back and have the guy reattach and trailer to my hitch. It was pretty scary being this was the first time I had ever towed a trailer. I had a fear that this may get happen again along my drive. Not a very pleasant experience.

LOUIS CI booked an in town truck on accident and instead of changing the reservation like I tried asking the representative refused. Causing me to spend over $500 for one use of the vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, will never use uhaul again for this price and behavior.

I even filled up the tank full all the way when they gave it to me at 3/4. The return location was basically an auto shop with no one there to help me

Sandy TI specifically requested an online check in because I did not want to go inside the building nor did I want the staff to have to touch my personal items. But this did not happen and I didn't appreciate it all. I also found a marijuana vape inside the cab of the truck.

TRINA B1-The auto transport ratchets were very rusted making them difficult to operate. 2-I called in advance and the "U-Haul" person arrived 30 minutes later. A different person connected the transport and I believe it was not exactly connected per the U-Haul video. When the "U-Haul" person arrived, he assured me it was. I had no problems with the connection during the entire trip. 3-I called in advance and questioned if I should bring the car I was to transport so it could be inspected after loading. I was told "yes", which I did. Once the "U-haul" person arrived, I was told that "no, U-Haul does not load the vehicle or check it once it is loaded, that it is my responsibility". I did load it, it was NOT checked in any way,, which is fine,, but,, I wasted time and gas getting the car there when I could have saved the time and money just loading it at my house instead of having to make a 75 miles trip because I was told to bring it for the inspection. Very unprofessional and very poor customer relations when the wrong information is dispensed by the "professionals".

ALEJANDRO FDropped off after hours and was quite dark. The location was not well lite and drop box was not clearly pointed to or visible. I called on Sunday to verify all was ok spoke to someone was put on hold and never gotten back to. Called on Monday spoke to someone to follow up and was told I should have ceck my email. Truck had been rented.

Karl WWhen the truck comes back from previously used to do a complete clean up. Mine has junk in the back and was filthy inside with food and spilled liquid. I cleaned everything up before returning it.
Bruce RHorrible.. don't waste your time. Its not so much the equipment it's the lack of support from these u-haul dealers. The on line check in and out is supposed to be be helpful but it's not. The last thing you need when you're planning a move is the significant delays because the people running the dealers are to lazy to open on time and make you jump thru obstacles because their system is garbage. Do your self a favor and rent from Hertz
ABEL OThe attendant needs to improve his "client services skills". He was eating while typing the order in his computer. He did not act professional. His service was very "cut to the chase". It did not make my husband and me feel valuable. I will choose a different location if I ever needs further service from U-haul.

KATHY MThe Customer Service Person (Middle Eastern Decent-mid 30's - Male) at Nagis Electronics Is RACIST, inept and had no interest in delivering a quality Customer Service Experience! There are so many things to list, that I won't waste my time. However, I will say the "experience " started with him not wearing a Mask (in a Pandemic-Go Figure!) and me demanding (sad that I couldn't just "request it") that he put one on!
