This is a small satellite location (dealer) but they had the trailer I needed and everything went well both taking out and returning the equipment. They have no accessories or boxes but I had my own. I'd use them again.

Jennifer SThat was the worst place I have ever been to. There was NO customer service and there was no way to call them because their phone line is not working. The man that finally came to the door told me to park the trailer in the grass area next door. He did not help detach the trailer, which was the largest trailer and very difficult to detach when not parked on a level parking lot. He said "she will email you the paperwork later". I did NOT get the email and had to call Uhaul to finally get the returned receipt. This was not my first Uhaul rental so I know that you all have great representatives so this is the "one bad apple" in the bunch. I wish you all would remove them from your franchise so that they do not ruin your reputation from other customers. I left that store ready to never rent from Uhaul again know that you all have much better people at most of the other locations.

Rokeena MThe equipment is parked in a grass lot next to the used car lot and can only be accessed by driving down the sidewalk. The car hauler was parked the wrong direction and had to be turned around by hand and was very heavy.
