Make sure the center console inside the truck is not glued together filling the cab with heat the entire 364 mile trip.

Nan was fantastic. The need for a trailer was last minute not realizing the time I arrived as Nan was closing and I forgot the trailer ball. Nan stayed open long enough for me to drive home and get what I needed then Nan helped me get the trailer hooked up. Merci!

Tow dolly wires were not secured and were damaged within 15 minutes of leaving this location. Over two hours for roadside assistance to show up and replace a fuse. Fuel level on truck wasn't entered accurately, cost me about $50 more upon return

The ramp security pin was broken and the ramp fell out every 5 miles. Finally put a pair of vice grips on the pin to hold it in. This worked for awhile till the vice grips fell off and the ramp came out again. Also the right tail light stopped working. So it was a horrible experience with the equipment. Not the stores fault AND I lost my vise grips. Ugh.

Was charged for a battery even though we attempted to contact this location from the info listed on the door but was unable to reach anyone therefore I feel that I'm owed a refund of the battery amount otherwise I will let everyone I know not to use U Haul in the future considering all the issues I had . The odometer out going was wrong when I picked it up after hours. I only drove 16 miles round trip but was charged 34. They also tried charging me for two days when I didn't even have the truck 24hrs. The clerk called me on the morning that I was to pick up the rental and asked if she could do my contract at that time and I just pick up the truck.

Not force customers to pay for 2 days rental when only needed 1. Not force customers to rent 2 dozen furniture pade when only needed 1 dozen.

It was hard to find a tow dolley at a more accessible U-Haul location. While Nan's House of Treasure had plenty and the people were very helpful and accommodating, the location was a bit out of the way.

So first I rented van online was contacted no vans at location I chose. Agreed to 15' truck same price, further away. Called today make sure ready. They don't have truck and aren't even set up to do business yet. Ok still salvage move, get another location further away, ask to make sure added driver can pick up on my credit card. Told yes no problem, they get there no credit card info available someone else has to use card to rent. Very unhappy with overall experience, usually very smooth have used uhaul for years with no issues. No reflection on Nans rental at all.

We did a self drop off on a Sunday. They were closed. We knew this ahead of time. First thing Monday morning we received our receipt from Nans!

I need to haul a car and they gave me a moving trailer $60.00, the car wouldn't fit on. So I went to another uhaul place close to where I was picking car up and had to rent a different trailer for 110.00. I was told if I didn't drive the original trailer back to lack city I would be charged up to 400.00. So I drove it back dropped it off and went back to Knoxville 30 miles away to pick up the right trailer. So it cost me $170 and gas. I will never rent from uhaul again.

Train the agent to know how to deal with an on-line prepaid transaction. The quick in and out would have been nice after I went through the process, per your website advertisement, to preregister and prepay. PEC

Pick up went great, I done the express check in online to make thing faster for pick up. The drop off location on the other hand I don't feel was as professional. I stopped and put the gas back where it was in the truck before drop off but was still charged for gas fee.

my mother is 75 years old. she was coming to visit me 4 hours away. I had some materials in her area that I needed brought here. I didn't want to have to make the trip to go get them and I thought since she was coming down she could bring them to me. The guy at the uhaul place told my mom that her hitch and the tongue of the uhaul were pretty low to the ground and watch the bumps. Well, it was worse than that. The uhaul was taken to my daughters house and loaded with my things. I had originally planned to get the uhaul for Monday and turn it in on Tuesday, but they told me it was 2 day rental. I couldn't get any cheaper, so I told them I would rather pick it up Sunday so some folks could help load it.They could not find a place to pick up Sunday but said I could get on Saturday for the Sunday time and would still have my full two day. So my mom picked up Saturday evening. my son in law called sunday and said something about how low the connection of hitch/tongue was to ground and he was afraid it was going to be worse when loaded. So, my brother in law hooked up the trailer to the vehicle and the hitch/tongue connection bottomed out. it couldn't be brought by my mother. I called the uhaul where she picked it up. THe lady said the guy that hooked it to my mom's vehicle said he told her that something was wrong with her hitch. my mom says he did not. She would not have pulled it off the lot if he had. And I would have had to wait to get it another day. instead, it was already loaded, I was already being charged, and my husband (who owns a trailer) ended up having to leave early Tuesday morning to go pick up that uhaul 4 hours and bring it straight back 4 hours, unload it and get it turned it. If we were going to get it, we would have taken our trailer and not rented one, but we were hoping not to have to make the trip. My husband had to miss work and then yall complaining because it was late. I was raised to work with customers. I have always took good care of any customers I have. u haul companies aren't supposed to hook those trailers up to faulty vehicles for no reason. I expected this much from any place with your name on it. This is my mothers life here. I expected them to take proper care of her. And they put her, and both the vehicle and trailer in unsafe situation. AT my expense, and costing me even more.

Have the vehicle at the location promised, find locations with better hours. Get the billing of the service correct the first time. The lot at this dealer is also a vehicle repair facility it is difficult to get in and out with all the repair vehicles in the lot.

Make sure the trailers are cleaned and ready to go before pick-up. The trailers were parked under a fruit tree and fruit had dropped onto the trailers.
