The guy couldn't have been more unhelpful. No eye contact. Just sat like a doofus at the computer and didn't even look up. I asked were to park the trailer, he just swept his hand and grunted. Then I asked if I could have a receipt and he didn't speak or look at me. He just printed it. I stood there because I didn't know if he needed anything else to complete the process. After an awkward minute, I asked "Is that all?" He looked at me then and just stared. I then said "Do I need to sign anything or are we done?" He simply said "that's all." Then as I went out to get in my car and leave he was walking out and saw where the trailer was parked and said "You parked it in the wrong spot!" I just got in my car and left.

The man who works here is rude, screams at people to hurry up and kicked me out because my phone stopped working and when i told him the phone doesnt work that fast he said there werent anymore trucks get out. So i did an online reservation and went to the morning person. He should be a business owner or even work with the public. He has not customer service skills at all!!!!

This was a very busy gas station and the uhaul portion seemed shoved in the corner. Several people had to wait over 15 minutes for service - it seemed understaffed.

the only problem was the online post registration check in that I filled out in order to "save time" at the check in. They had none of my info and had to call me for credit card number

The lady who helped us (Laurie?) was terrific. She was patient, very helpful, and anticipated our needs. UHaul did not have our auto trailer on the day that we rented the truck, so that was disappointing, but she helped us get it connected when we returned on Monday to pick up the trailer, so that made a big difference.
