Easy to fine to drop off. We used mobile app for after hour drop off.
JAMES COnly used this trailer for about an hour, did not purchase the vehicle so I returned it to the location where I picked it up, call Uhaul to let them know I was returning the car hauler. Still was charged half the price even though I did not transport anything and only had the car hauler for about 1 hour.

Robert TMore info about the specific equipment rented, especially for first time users. I previous OTR experience and and am a retired semi mechanic, so this was not a problem for me, however an inexperienced driver could have some problems.

Travis RThe check in process took place after hours in my phone as arranged, and I had to redo several steps (about a 20 min process overall). I brought the truck back about an hour later than agreed but was charged for two full days. Seems excessive, especially since the truck wasn't going to be rented out again anyway. I'm fine paying a late fee ($10-20 or so), but double? I was also charged a Safe fee though I had declined it (it was removed after I disputed the charge).
Ryan HMake drop off locations closer to destination. We had to drive an hour to drop off and an hour back to our location ( Somerset, Ky.)

joseph vHelp us know if we have paid already. I gave my information to the business and then online check-in wanted it again. I was afraid I would get double charged so I didn't put the information in, I said I had already paid in comments. Then I worried it wouldn't be considered turned back in without my payment information. It needs to be more clear.

PHILIP MI've used this location a few times and it's been great every time. They are friendly and are on top of their game.
Stephen STruck was clean, but I was not sure about oil, trucks system kept saying oil change required. Have no idea if this was accurate. They did not go over this when I rented.
GEORGE NPick up of the Uhaul was relatively easy. However, the clerk did not explain drop off procedures and did not advise location would be closed at drop off time. I had to call to advise it had been dropped off and was not able to get a final receipt until the next business day. Drop off procedures should have been explained.

JOHN NBecause we were not able to actually pick up the equipment when we paid for it, we were unable to check the lights. The right turn signal and light did not work when we actually picked up the trailer.

Harrison DI don't understand why I was charged for extra miles. I told the lady that I was going to pick up the uhaul in Greenwood sc and going to Augusta ga then to Williamsburg ky. I was charged for 122 extra miles.

Dennis PThe man who was running the uhaul was very rude! I was trying to park the trailer in a very busy parking lot near a well traveled road. He was telling me I needed to back in trailer. Or run over a parking curb. I told him I'm not comfortable with doing either of it. Yet he proceeded to act as if I'm a "dumb female from FL" who should know how to back in the largest trailer you carry. He was trying to say I was in the road yet it was parked near the others. I proceeded to leave him get my receipt from the Napa people inside. He avoided me till I left…he finally went in. I live by that location and it was still fine being parked there. As for that uhaul location I won't bother using it again. Never have I ever felt so discriminated.
Roberta CI was very disappointed that in the middle of a Covid Pandemic none of the employees were wearing face coverings even though they are mandated by the state of KY. Also, I am certain I left my driver's license there but they cannot seem to find it.
Ronald BExcellent customer service. Van was well-maintained and the online reservation process was quick and efficient.
Heather SThe location was very accommodating and friendly but the Uhaul website needs improvements made to make the process easier for the customer and most importantly the businesses that are satellites for Uhaul. I lost close to an hour because the website kept crashing on me when I was trying to reserve it knowing that this location wasn't primarily a Uhaul location but offered the service on top of their regular business and the Uhaul website crashed on them repeatedly as well. Should be easier to accomplish
