Terrible customer service. The attendant had an attitude and was trying to scold me for being a little late. Told me that next time he would cancel and not let me rent a uHaul even if he had one available. I reassured him that I would not rent from his location again. He is aware that there are multiple locations in Las Vegas where you can rent a uHaul. If he hates dealing with customers you shouldn't operate a store where you have to deal with the public.

Derek MThe app doesn't work well when trying to send in the correct information with pictures. I was charged an extra 35$ for gas when I took pictures both times and tried to set it on both pick up and return. I feel it's not fair to be charged for something I took pictures for and talk don't have the uploads.
James BThey are very rude there. They wanted to take 30 minutes of my time that I booked out. I booked from 11 to 3 and he told me I had to be back by 2:30. He took a picture of me which I was not comfortable with. I've never had to have my picture taken before on someone personal camera, he treated the client ahead of me the same way he took 30 minutes of their time too but I told him I wasn't bringing my truck back 30 minutes earlier than the time I book for he insisted that I bring it back at 2:30 when I kept insisting no, I wasn't bringing it back he told me OK keep it till three but he have other customers that booked and I need to be back at 2:30 exactly but go ahead and keep it till three. They were very rude to me and the customers ahead of me this location is horrible. Truck was very dirty And they were very rude How many the truck was in bad condition it did not run well at all. It shook a lot felt like it was going to break down. He stayed on the phone took 30 minutes to check me in after I got there 11 o'clock. I didn't leave out till 1130.

brian gDid not open until 10 AM I was there at 9:10 AM Just assumed they would be open(my bad) Also could not leave voice mail as mailbox was not set up. so just did key drop box. On their behalf truck was checked in as soon as they opened and sent me a follow up receipt with final charges. That was great!

Janet LIt took over an 1 1/2 hours to get the key location on the mobile pick up. I spoke to 3 different support agents during that time. The first two led me to the wrong location for the drop box and it took me calling 24/7 support multiple times to get ahold of them to remedy the situation. After I finally found the key which was in the back of the truck not where the missing lockbox should be located. I asked about the $50 refund as it states if there is "any" hassle whatsoever it would be paid to us. Your agent at the time said we didn't qualify for it and HUNG UP on me. I will be following up today by contacting management for the $50 do the inconveniences and all the hassle and complications caused picking up the truck.

Robert GThis location is a scam!!! Charged me double miles and lied and said i used more gas than i really did. Once i told him i had pictures of my proof he instantly said he would drop charges.. this is a third party location who thinks they can do anything as pleases and it's not right better management or shut down

Tremell SFirstly, my original booking location was changed on me as I was heading to it. Then, when I arrived at the second location, the truck was no longer available. After calling the main office (who was thankfully very helpful), the only truck available was across town. As I was traveling via electric scooter, this meant an hour long commute to get there and an other hour commute back late at night. Not only is this a massive inconvenience and time waster, it also means that I now had to pay quite a bit more in extra mileage that I initially didn't budget for, as well as fuel. The experience was frustrating at best and added extra cost.

Dale DThe person at the location I got my uhaul at barely spoke English so there was a huge communication gap On top of the fact that the drivers door of the U-Haul the door key lock with shaved from somebody trying to break into it so it was hard to get the door open The one good thing I can say about that location was the man was understanding for meeting to extend for a longer period of time and originally planned which I Greatly appreciated
Lincoln SSafety the truck. I'm a retired mechanic 45 years and I can't believe the truck that I rented. Brake problem, fuel leak, 1 bad tire left front. And the customer service could be alot better. This truck should be a local truck only. Thank you for listening.
Ricky BGetting the Uhaul was convenient enough. Returning the uhaul and having the man screaming at me that I used a half a tank of gas to go 17 miles was ridiculous. Avoid this location.
AMY LIt would be nice if the interior of the vehicle was not just cleaned, but sanitized. The steering wheel felt sticky and nasty. I couldn't help but think that someone could get monkey pox, let alone COVID, from the steering wheel, seats, and arm rest.
ERIC VThey canceled my reservation at the time of reservation and then offered me the same truck at their other location for a higher price than advertised. They then charged my card twice without any notification or consent.

It kept taking me out to the browser to a page that did nothing to assist me and also there was no orange box for dropping off the key. Hats off to the person at Nara Express though, that man was able to take care of me super quick and easy!

GARY Hnot sure what the gentleman's name who assisted me but he was very friendly and attentive to helping me. even afterwards he made sure to go over everything with me. the only negative is i wish the signage at that location was better displayed. if it wasnt for google maps, it would have taken me longer or missed it completely. which is no fault to the guy who helped me of course.

Michele OI was sent to 3 different locations to get the truck I ordered. When I finally got the truck there was a homeless man inside the truck. Very poor experience.

ALICE NIf you are allowed to rent a U-Haul at 9am, the store should be open by no later than 9am. Also, the app is very slow and when you take a picture it automatically turns the photo the other way.

Sasan KThe customer service person was great. It was a small office... supplies take up 3/4 of the space in the office. The cab was dirty. I could bearly see out the windshield. The front of the truck was nothing but dirt and grime. The engine of the truck I rented was really loud..but other than the,the performance was a little below average.
