They went out of their way to help us and work with our schedule. Samantha in the front desk was so pleasant and kind and efficient. She explained all the charges, and how everything worked, so we were comfortable with all. I would recommend them and use this location again.

CALVIN TI'm really pissed off that I got to the location 15 minutes before it would roll to another day's charge, but the lady was just yacking away with another customer, and by the time she got to her very slow computer, it was 4 minutes "late" so I got charged an extra day.

ROSEMARIE SIt was an empty lot. What is there to rate? Your drop off system SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not get to choose the location. No locations were offered on your system. You location you assigned was 30 minutes from where you agreed. If you gave me choices online, I could pick. Your review is not asking the right questions. Your system is terrible. But there are no questions about your system.

MARK WI did not personally return the vehicle, so I'm unable to accurately review. I was charged an additional fee for unknown reasons without any explanation. The truck was returned clean and full of gas.
Stan CWhile the location I picked up the trailer was great. UHual in general was a total failure! I made a reservation for a trailer 24 hours in advance at a location 12 miles away. And despite the fact I was parked within feet of if I couldn't get it. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! THERE WOULD BE NO ONE THERE! Midgard (UHual) was a total failure. I had to go 35 miles back in the opposite direction to get a trailer. You should also make it very evident that you don't accept 1 7/8 tow balls. I was in a remote area so it took an hour to find a 2 in tow ball and tools to put it on. If there was another rental service I would use them!

THOMAS CAs I hooked up the trailer myself, checked the lights, did not work. Went in to tell her I was hooked up and before I could say anything about the lights, she walks out, redid the chains to her liking, checked the lights, didn't work, gives me the thumbs up. Trailer was narrower than my truck and I pull a trailer everyday for work, so I'm not worried for me so much.
SCOTT SShe was super friendly and drop off was a breeze. Confirmed full fuel tank and I was good to go. Great location right next to a gas station and easy to find. I would visit and use this location again as well.

ALBERT AJust a car hauler drop off - the young lady working contacted me prior to my return to ensure I knew her rural location … which I didn't being new to area - when I arrived she directed me to the rear lot n we both uncoupled the trailer - she did a walk around n asked me if there was any issues she needed to address - I told her the trailer was a pleasure to use n if I needed one again she'll be seeing me. Merci.

ANDREA AWaited for more than a hour to return the truck during regular business hours. Never did see an employee. Finally attempted to turn in truck online. Spoke to another employee on the phone who said he didn't know much about how to complete "Drop Box" option.
