Stop lying to your customers, I was told to bring truck back with the same amount of gas as it was and when I did they lied and said it was more of a half a tank also tried to charge me more mileage like hundreds so for those reasons I will Never use U haul again.

The app was not working and there was no one to help in person. Location only had 2 trucks and a small parking area.

joseph riosthe process for picking up the truck was horrible, we had to forgo the online pick up process and call the area manager because we were getting nowhere. if there is information needed to pick up the vehicle that is not included in the check in process (like a separate contact and their friggin PASSPORT) then it should be communicated to the customer BEFORE they arrive to pick up said vehicle. Also the back of the vehicle was filled with broken glass and trash, the vehicle was not locked when we arrived, and the website would not let us add pictures to prove that there was unlisted damage on the vehicle. Overall it was the most terrible rental experience we have had in our lives and we WILL NOT be using uhaul again.
