The customer service person at this Shell station was the most rude, unprofessional, threatening, and intimidating person I've ever met! He's lazy and doesn't want to do his job or deal with what HE perceives is an "angry" customer. He sent me outside to a lockbox rather than provide customer service because he LITERALLY says, "I don't want to deal with you" and then threatened to call the cops on me because I asked him to his job! I hope the man gets fired because he hasn't a CLUE what customer service is supposed to be. HIGHLY unprofessional and lazy and looks to blame the customer for an excuse to not do his job.
Riley KThe app was a bit to figure out. I learned that there is no need to make a reservation days ahead of time and that actually it is it what you should do. With so many locations and equipment just wait until two days before you need one...

Ruth GDefinitely felt like a number, no personal experience involved. I was assigned to a new drop off site that made the end of my day more difficult and resulted in additional charges. The equipment was available as agreed and ready to go - that's the most positive part of the pick up.
Becky DThe guy who checked us in was SO rude. We were SHOCKED at his anger towards us. All we wanted to do was drop the truck and trailer (a trailer that Uhaul asked us to transport for them) and this guy was ridiculous. All in all, an extremely unfortunate BAD experience with Uhaul from start to finish. I was also charged for 2 extra days that Uhaul gave us for the trailer and for almost wrecking when the hitch was not attached properly. Not happy, AT ALL.

Paul CI don't think much improvement is needed if all of the transactions are done like mine was. I read the reviews of two other nearby Uhaul agencies and it was a no brainer to go to Nave's Market in Depoe Bay. True to form they were nice, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I extended a day and the app was easy toi use also. Will be my go-to from now on.
Dana SWe were originally told to take the truck back to South Beach (about 10 miles north of us). We called the night before to ensure they had room. When we got there (and parked, there were at least five spaces available) we were told that they were "full", "not expecting a truck this day, and get the truck off the lot. When I showed the woman my text directing me their, she could not care a bit - not here problem. Finally got hold the regional manager over the phone, who initially suggested we take the truck over 50 miles back the way we came, over three mountain passes to Corvallis. After much rangling, we were directed to Nava's in Depot Bay, about 12 miles north. Donald at Nava's was outstanding and very professional - not at all the experience we had at South Beach. I was very disappointed that South Beach handled this situation so badly - even more disappointed in the Regional Managers suggestion to go the Corvallis - and for getting texts that were flat out wrong and misleading. We did exactly as we were told to do and got treated like shit. Thank god for Donald at Nava's - he was the saving grace.f Promote him~!

gary qWhile I was gassing the truck, a representative came out and handled the check-in of the vehicle. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I then had to go inside to get my receipt and was none too impressed with the person that helped me there. But I overlooked that because of the friendliness of the person who helped me outside.

RUBEN MAllowances need to be made for the fact that the drop-off location is a convenience store in a small town. They were all business, however. Excellent service.
Scott WThere's nothing I would ask for to be different. The guy that works the U-Haul counter was above and beyond helpful. I was in a bind and needed to get my car back to my house from out of town and he was able to get me the car dolly on short notice and was exceptional in working with me. Five stars and more if I could give it.

William SThe back of the Uhaul was not swept out. Leaf and debris was all in the back, clearly not swept. The pickup location also did not have the newest contract on hand, and forced me to sign a different contract. Beware renting from this location.
Zackary CI lived in Lincoln City. They said they would be open. They were not open Tuesdsy or Wednesday. I called the day before. Depoe Bay was awesome
Joe PGas amount was off, headlights were poor, Really loud vehicle, gas mileage was phenomenally poor and I own 6 1 ton vehicles worst I have ever seen!!
