No one in office to provide keys, and website would not provide mobile pick up. Had to call 800 number to get help. Truck had low tire indicator from the start.

Truck flashed a message about tire pressure that excluded the ability to read the odometer.

Richard CU-Haul changed my pickup to this location, at the same time: 0800. But this location doesn't open until 0900. Then on top of that the guy was 17 minutes late. Plus the guy was telling me he didn't have the car dolly when there was one on the lot. Furthermore this location didn't have any hand trucks or enough furniture blankets even though I had reserved both.
ROSS LFirst I waited over 39 mins for the office to open, I arrived at 9 am when my reservation was for and the gentleman didn't arrive until after 9:30. After that delay then the doily I reserved wasn't available and then I tell the gentleman that I need him to put the doily that was available in the back of the truck and he said he had to get the other customers helped first and, I had my autistic grandson with me whom now after waiting so long is hitting me and himself including biting himself and twisting his ankle, the associate didn't help me with the doily another customer helped me with the doily. Also the associate never even took me to the truck to check it and make sure everything was ok. So now I get the bill and I can't believe I wasn't at least compensated for any of these issues.

Chris SThis location saved our moving day! We reserved a uhaul through the location at Old Monrovia Rd. The truck we reserved was not available at our designated time, customer service was unhelpful, and they did not offer assistance or suggestions. The customer service rep told us "what do you expect, it's the first of the month and a Saturday. You're going to be waiting." I get that there are busy seasons, and a reservation may have some delay. But the customer service was severely lacking - at least pretend to care when we ask the best way to proceed, or if an estimated Timeline is available? After using the help line and contacting the Jones Rd. Location, we received the truck and assistance we needed. Why am I even using the reservation system if I can't assure the equipment is available? And if this is a common occurrence, why is the customer service lacking? A bummer experience for a $150 price tag.

Paige CThe pick up process was more complicated than it needed to be. Instructions weren't clear on what photos were needed ahead of time, for instance, there was no note on how to take the picture of the driver's license until after an agent was reviewing the info.

David BThe guys were super quick and helpful. Their office facilities are dingy. The truck was ready to go with the dolly on it but the gas tank wasn't full. The fuel level was indicated on the form I received beforehand but I still find it unacceptable for it to not be full driving off the lot. My real complaint is with the Uhaul website and the app. When I made a reservation it wouldn't load on my uHaul account (and never did), thus the app also. I wish I could get everything from an estimate, receipt, to the status of my vehicle on the app. If I call on the phone to make a reservation I would like it to show up on my uHaul account and app.
