Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly smiling and very helpful staff : ). The man that helped me, answered all the questions I had (was alot due to first time renting a u-haul ) without making me feel like I was bothering him and made sure I understood. This was a quick and easy process. So if your looking for a quick and easy process with no hassle good people, equipment and/or truck, I would highly recommend this place. ( Needful things 2 on Midway in Durham CA)

Bethany CThe location we rented from was great but our experience with uhaul corporate has been extremely unpleasant. We are requesting a call back immediately to resolve our issues. Please contact us promptly at 619-279-1881 to resolve the issues as we have made numerous attempts to contact you and we have been hung up on after waiting on hold for over 6 hours and have sent several emails and were rudely disconnected from your online chat service. We sat on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for uhaul roadside service with no help and had to pay out of pocket for a tire replacement. This needs to be resolved.
