Had to wait for 30-40 mins for pick up. Even at drop off there is no proper response. I had returned the vehicle within 1 hour after pick up and inspite of being present at the drop off, I was not provided the actual invoice with actual mileage etc. it's been more than 24 hours now and still didn't receive confirmation on vehicle return and final invoice.SIVA RAMA KRISHN D.
It was a difficult time searching for the UHAUL location, due to no official sign being up for the property. I was searching for a clear sign for the UHAUL to discover it was the convenient store in the gas station. I immediately drove the UHAUL to my destination when an individual advised me as I was driving the UHAUL door was open with property inside. I stopped the UHAUL and discovered the door was open and there was property in the bed that did not belong to me. This lets me know the UHAUL was not properly inspected for the next customer to take. The property (multiple blankets) were left at the drop off location of the UHAUL.Joshua M.

Fix your search engine to allow this location to get business. UHaul system and call center all advised when I was trying to rent that you were out of trucks due to renting everything to Amazon, UPS and FedEx. This location had trucks available to rent. Even when I requested this address your search engine attempted to redirect me to the Lewisville , TX and advised no trucks. UHaul is not being fair to a small business. The owner of the Chevron station location was super nice and helpful. His employee worked hard to clean the truck that UHaul hadn't cleaned yet. Great service at this location, pick up was very easy, gentleman assisting me was knowledgeable and helpful. U-Haul needs to update the trucks. The truck I got was in good condition, but did not have USB ports and was extremely loud to drive, could not hear the radio.Dennis D.

The location was great. I really liked that it was at a gas station so it was easy to make sure the vehicle was full before returning. However, the van had a fairly serious alignment issue that made it dangerous to drive at highway speeds.Sean S.

We filled the truck with fuel were it suppose to be and still charged us $23,48 still waiting for customer service to replay back through email , hopefully can refund. Your "app" cannot function without being able to confirm the location. However, you have a message that says there is a penalty for not returning to the correct location. Either allow the user to input the location or change the message to say user cannot return the unit without the app being able to identify the location. And, don't make customer wait 48 minutes on hold. Calling Uhaul is almost always a 30 minute +/- on hold. Either increase your staff or give an option to be called back. Finally, your CSRs are fantastic. When I finally get through they are always professional, friendly, efficient and empathetic. Frankly, after the last few rentals I would not be doing business with you if not for your CSRs. Your upper management needs to listen to them and stop making decisions in their ivory towers.Kevin H.

I'm not upset at this specific location, but the 1060 W Round Grove Rd Lewisville, TX 75067 location. They seemingly canceled my reservation (28724733) I don't know if that was unintentional but still aggravating nonetheless. I went to pick up my truck Sunday morning and went to check in on the app and there was no reservation. Due to that inconvenience, I had to improvise and find an available location and waste time that I should've been loading and moving. And I had to settle for a truck that obviously needed an alignment and the rear door was rolling up way too fast. I am not pleased at all with my experience with Uhaul.IVAN B.

I waited for over 2 hrs for an employee to arrive at work. Had to pay an extra $65 holding charge to hold the merchandise I was suppose to have picked up by 9 am. Employee didn't care, when asked about $50 guaranteed, he stated to call uhual and proceed to check out next person like I wasn't standing there. I will NEVERRRRRRR rent from this location again. I am waiting on Uhual to reimburse my $50 back to my cardAshley L.
The store owner was extremely rude and unpleasant. It's been decades since I have rented a Uhaul. I was asked to provide a reference before renting. The owner actually called a reference to prove who I was. I had my Amex card on file and a valid drivers license. I have never been asked for a reference. I looked it up on the Uhaul website and that is not a requirement. I really do think it was racially motivated. I have never encountered that. I'm 51 not 18, why would you need a reference called? I think the owner may have profiled me based upon looks. I returned the vehicle the same day as required with more gas than I left with. I will never rent from Uhaul again. The truck that I was given had over 140 000 miles on the odometer, which is by far the highest I have ever been given. This truck needs a major overhaul or needs to be taken out of service; the automatic transmission would not shift appropriately, the back cargo door did not work properly / stuck on opening & closing, etc.Michael Y.

Overhead attic leaked rain on to boxes. Passenger side entry step was missing the intermediate step, resulting in an approximately 14 in step. My wife fell out of the truck while trying to negotiate getting out of the truck.PHILIP G.

This was a very horrible experience from start to finish. Toom us 40 mins to get the uhaul which counted into my 2 hours. Then spent 45 minutes trying to get an extention. By the time I talked to someone I was well over my two hours. This turned a great day into a horrible one. I'm never using uhaul again.Rahkeim M.
