Eric WWas supposed to open and have my reservation ready at 9:00 am. Was not had to contact uhaul to get someone out there by 9:38. Didn't have the appliance dolly or moving pads I reserved. Didn't get out of the reservation place until 10:12 am (over an hr past reservation time
Renea MI couldn't make it up their driveway because the hadnt plowed the snow. I had to park it elsewhere advised by the owner. They charged for fuel and it had more fuel than when I picked it up.

James PTo improve your location, you can provide at least one actual person to manage the location. The hand-written piece of paper doesn't cut it and the phone messages are never responded to. The process for picking up "online" are cryptic and prove to be stressful when the process isn't posted clearly at the pickup location.

frain NUhaul was not swept and interior was excessively dirty. Something was spilled throughout the interior causing everything to be sticky
