Fire the employee in charge of that location he is cheating the customers by stealing from their accounts. He is giving your company terrible, deplorable representation. He charged me triple the price quoted. He Purposely gave me the wrong truck in order to charge me more. He lied about everything and fudged the information in order to deplete my bank account. Shame on you for associating and hiring this criminal. We are in a pandemic, people have lost jobs and income. I am one of the people. My mother died during this pandemic I needed the truck to remove the last of my mothers things. It was a very hurtful and emotional time, the last thing in the world I needed was to be cheated and stolen from by Uhaul. I called him to dispute the charges I was barely able to hold back the tears and he hung up in my face. Unbelievably heartless, rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend this blatant criminal behavior.

Can of the truck smelled like smoke. Returning the truck was a nightmare. The drop off box required a code, which I didn't have.

The truck has dirty dog smell and hair all over. It was disgusting. Never going to rent UHaul again!

We had to wait almost 2 hours for a truck we had previously reserved, due to the manager couldn't get the lock off the truck. It was a combination lock and he said he's not the one who makes up the combination and had to call around, making us extremely late with our move! Very poor customer service

Paperwork was scheduled for the truck to be returned by 8:45pm told us we could keep it until the next day if needed. When we went to return the truck at night the instructions said there was a Word Lock box and even gave a password. After waiting outside at night on the phone with customer service they said I would have to bring it back the next day. When returned, the worker said there is not even a return box. I'm just confused on why it was never mentioned during the rental. Customer service said they would issue $10 credit but never did.

My initial reservation was with a very dependable and reliable location on Fry Road. After making the reservation, I received an email saying that location did not have the vehicle that I was reserving available for the date that I needed. They said to expect a phone call regarding an alternate location. I received the call and they gave me pick-up location options. I selected Neighbors Postal Plus on Barker Cypress because it was close. Pick up process was okay. When I returned the vehicle on Sunday, as outlined in my reservation, I found they were not open and neither did they have a drop box for the key. I pulled up my reservation on my phone, went to Uhaul.com to check-in the return. That process was successful. When I picked up the van, the gentlemen did not inform me they were closed on Sunday neither did he review the return process. I called Uhaul customer service and informed them I returned the van, location was closed and there was no drop box. I informed them I would return the key to the location the next day, Monday at 10:00 a.m. I returned to the location Monday 10:010 and they were not open. I checked the sign on the door for the hours of operation and they should have been opened. I called customer service again, inform them what happened. The gentlemen asked when I could return the key. I told him I was on vacation that day and would be returning to work the next day. He said he would have someone call me regarding returning the key. I still have not heard from anyone. I have rented from Uhaul for the past 7-8 years. I had another issue when picking up the vehicle, but nothing like this.

I had to wait an hour and half to get the keys. The uhaul representative knew he didn't have the keys to the truck. They asked me to leave And go to another place. I urber to the location, and they didn't care at all. He kept asking me to leave and go to another place to get a truck.
