This location is a parking lot and instructions where hard to follow. Since I was there once before, I knew where key drop off was.

Went through absolute craziness to even get the truck, to say I drove an extra 30 miles I didn't drive.. I lodged 2 complaints rented my truck at 7am wasn't even assigned a truck til 11am sat in parking lot til 815am since uhaul said someone was coming to help me Noone showed up 11am had to go inside to even get a truck got a truck with someone's envelopes in it dude told me he'd go later to check the miles and boom he's tacking on 30 I didn't drive I drove to kenton and back I've been on the phone with uhaul more then I should have had to..

Take care of trucks and make sure they are serviced

My original reservation was in Marysville ohio. This u haul dealer needs to Pay attention when you check your trucks in. I still had someones personal lock on the back door and I couldn't open it. After wasting 3 hours of my moving time dealing with this, I had to go 30 mins away to pick up another truck so that I could move. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. Do better!!!

I dropped the truck off after hours, but I called the location before it closed. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and provided clear directions.

No help. No sign about not using cash, and kept refusing to give deposit back when it was paid in cash. It should have been given back in cash and not have to wait on a check. Contact did not say that either. I had to pay up front and not say the check will be mailed, so why do you. Will never use u-haul again. Would rather make 10 trips across the country then 1 with a u-haul.

Make the dropoff after hours easier to access, beginning by canning the need for having to install the U-haul App just to turn in the truck and ignition key.

Truck pulled to the right while driving, a good amount of slop in sterring

Fat lady behind counter( @neonsun) wouldn't unass chair and had me do her job of taking truck 1/4mile away and return on foot with photos of dash mileage. She then said I would be charged an additional $8. Later that evening, $8 turned into 21.90. Crooked business,lazy ass employee, owner (?)

The girl working at Neon Sun was above average and did everything right. The truck AC barely worked and had to be run on MAX all the time and still was too hot. The drivers seat had some kind of cover on the seat the did not fit right and was bunched up and in the way and very uncomfortable.

My issue is. I drove the truck a total of 34 miles. When I got in the truck the gas gage was one line above a 1/4 tank. I stopped and put in 5 gallons of gas. That brought the tank back up to where it was. My final bill Uhaul charged me an addition $23,85 for 5 more gallons of gas ??? I looked at the original paper given to me to by the store and it showed there was more gas than there actually was. Who ever wrote down the gage level said it was 1 line below half a tank. Not the case. If that was true then my five gallons plus the five uhaul charged, means I used 10 gallons of gas to drive 34 mile !!! Thats 3,4 miles per gallon. Crazy !! I should have checked the paperwork given to me before taking the truck but didn't. So thats on me. But be sure to have your locations (accurately) write these down. Thanks

For contactless pick up - make it easier to start the process. Like a email or text that take you the start of pick up.

I had to drive an hour out of my way from Wapakoneta where I originally had planned on picking up a 20 ft truck with the Wapakoneta location. We set up the pickup date over 3 weeks before the actual date. I get a call the day before and she says her hands are tied and there's nothing she can do. She claims she had no one to pick up the truck in Bellfontaine. For over 3 weeks. I call her slightly frustrated and ask her for a discount. I have a 8 hour drive to North Carolina and she apologizes and tells me to call corporate since there is nothing she can do. She told me to sweet talk them and ask nicely. Lol ask nicely? For a mistake that could've been handled well in advance? I was highly frustrated. Then, upon arrival in Bellefontaine, I waited for over and hour and half. I couldn't pick up the truck till 11am. (Originally we planned for 7:30 but that's not happening). Apparently they couldn't accept anyone's payment at Bellefontaine and the field managers told the office to write down customer's payment info and submit it when it works. Isn't that illegal? U haul in Ohio made my experience so much more excessive than it already was. We loaded up the moving van in 6 hours. The whole process was up ended from the start in Wapakoneta. I do hope I see a refund because this whole ordeal was a nightmare.

The truck was not clean when I picked it up and I had to clean it before returning it.

Missing equipment that was really needed and no other place in town to get the equipment and was needed before location would open. Also having the keys at the other side of the shopping complex from the where the trucks are located is inconvenient.

This is a smaller U-Haul location. Their "real" business is related to Sun Tanning. If you don't need/want any help hooking up your trailer, this place might be perfect for you. (I didn't need any help - perfect!) However, if you need help or supplies like a wire harness adapter, you should probably pick a dedicated U-Haul location. If you rent from here and you need standard towing supplies, there is a Harbor Freight and a Lowes practically across the street.

Had to drive way out of the way to get all equipment and still got charged for extra miles and had to pay for lost fuel also! Need to update your location inventory

The pretty lady was kind and courteous. Very understanding and very apologetic even though she didn't have to be. The truck could use a wipe down in the cab, but other than that no issues.

Fix the straps on the car dolly. basically unusable. car was trying to fall off of the dolly

I had to thaw out the cargo door and cargo door lock, as it had all frozen. It took about 30 minutes to finally get access to the cargo area.

Communicating by telephone with the pick up location was difficult kept forwarding us to corporate U-Haul.

Back of truck had barring and broken glass when we picked it up. Had almost no power when driving could barely get up to speed. Rode ruffer than a wooden roller-coaster.

The van was vlean and well maintained. No problems mechanicly. Don't make the customer record the start milage, gas guage, and go around and take all the pictures at the start of the rental. You are suppose to do that in a link they send you. I tried for 10 minutes, couldnt get the link to upload pictures so i went on. I feel that should be done and verified already. Assistant at the rental was very cordial and knowledgeable.

I couldn't find the place because it's a tanning salon. Having a U Haul sign added would be helpful. Other than that it was an easy transaction.

I was unsure where to park the truck.. but just left it next to a few others out in the parking lot. Lady in the tanning salon was busy with tanning customers, but handled herself very well . Told her I wanted reimbursed for the extra gas as I was told I would be and she was dumbfounded. Called someone and said I would need to file a claim. Ugh.. why can't things be what they are told to be!!!!

I was surprised to see a Uhaul collocated with a Tanning Salon, but the lady who helped me was quick and efficient.
