Not an actual U-Haul dealer and the business wasn't even open. Can't judge it if we didn't see it. Just a half empty parking lot

Had to drive way out of the way to get all equipment and still got charged for extra miles and had to pay for lost fuel also! Need to update your location inventory

TOBIAS VFix the straps on the car dolly. basically unusable. car was trying to fall off of the dolly
JESSE II had to thaw out the cargo door and cargo door lock, as it had all frozen. It took about 30 minutes to finally get access to the cargo area.

DENNIS MCommunicating by telephone with the pick up location was difficult kept forwarding us to corporate U-Haul.
PAUL BBack of truck had barring and broken glass when we picked it up. Had almost no power when driving could barely get up to speed. Rode ruffer than a wooden roller-coaster.
james nThe van was vlean and well maintained. No problems mechanicly. Don't make the customer record the start milage, gas guage, and go around and take all the pictures at the start of the rental. You are suppose to do that in a link they send you. I tried for 10 minutes, couldnt get the link to upload pictures so i went on. I feel that should be done and verified already. Assistant at the rental was very cordial and knowledgeable.

Kathy AI couldn't find the place because it's a tanning salon. Having a U Haul sign added would be helpful. Other than that it was an easy transaction.
CASSIE SI was unsure where to park the truck.. but just left it next to a few others out in the parking lot. Lady in the tanning salon was busy with tanning customers, but handled herself very well . Told her I wanted reimbursed for the extra gas as I was told I would be and she was dumbfounded. Called someone and said I would need to file a claim. Ugh.. why can't things be what they are told to be!!!!

LARRY CTire pressure was low. License plate light also was not working. These trucks and trailers need too be serviced every time they are returned to a location
TODD SWe had an issue with removing the lock to get the key but the lady that works at the tanning place was very helpful.

James WStraps were the wrong size, we were told we could return trailer to any location in North Dakota, tried to in Minot North Dakota, 2 crabby women said we had to return it to Bottineau, 80 miles out of our way..Not a good experience.

Julie WNeeded to move a car from one state to another. Employee wanted to know why drivers license did not match drop off location. My drivers license matches name on reservation/account. She does not know basic questions about UHaul. Ex.. do you sell trailer plug adapters?, she said all the trailers have light plugs. It was a satellite Uhaul location at a tanning Salon. Employees have no idea about the operation of Uhaul

David SThe engine light was on and the inside of the back of the truck was very dirty and had something spilled in it. And I don't understand why I was charged $20 for returning the truck way before I was supposed to just because the business was closed I've never had that happen before

Rhonda hI was scheduled for a 12:30 appointment. Then I had to wait for her to open and get all her other walk-in tanning ahead of me. When I asked her if my hitch was properly attached, because I've never used that style before, she said it was fine, I just needed the chains lifted off the ground. I was not fine and if it wasn't for my partner I would have completely destroyed my vehicle and had an insurance claim. The hitch was not connected securely. I specifically asked if I was safe and was not. I will not use this location again even though it is closer to my home.

K RNo help disconnecting trailer. 6x12 are heavy and could have used some help dropping off trailer. Lady at desk couldn't leave and wouldn't have been much help
MARK HPlease amend how the fuel use is rounded. I picked the truck up just below 1/2 tank and the contract stated it was 1/2 tank. When I dropped the truck off it was once again just below 1/2 tank, and my invoice states 1/4 tank and charged me $60. Please, if you're going to round up then round up, conversely if you're going to round down then round down. Otherwise please fill the equipment and expect it to be returned full. Thank you, Denver Berry.
