The U-Haul was not at the location that I set for pickup, I received no call the day before to confirm the pickup location. The U-Haul was at a location over an hour drive away and I had no vehicle to get there, and no heads up to make plans.
Jared L.The truck was clean inside and out. Plenty of space on the lot for parking. They were fine with me leaving my vehicle there for a few hours while I used the truck. They share the parking lot with an excellent Mexican restaurant and have a well stocked convenance store so it's a great place to visit. I will definitely use them again when I need a rental truck.
