CHRISTOPHER GUhaul changed the location. And then the guy who runs it changed the pick up day to a day earlier he said it was still ok to drop off on Sunday, which completely ruined everything and when I delivered the trailer back on Sunday which was the original reservation he tried charging me another day. The thing was not clean when we got it it had a bunch of hay in it.
DUSTAN HI have used this location twice. Once, for a drop off and the other time for a pick up. I don't know the gentleman's name who helped me both times. But he friendly and he provided excellent service both times!

GODFREY BWe got charged and were told why. Someone should have called so we know what not to do in the future, but instead we got a charge and still have no idea what we did to incur the extra charge.

I live across the street, just call back, I can meet you. I did make it before he closed so it wasn't a problem, after all. Thanks and kuddos to u-haul new castle.

MANDEL BAbsolutely horrible experience from the get. Could not check in on phone no one was at location decided to leave and not inform anyone that they were out of town. Using the phone app and checking in was a horrible experience. As well as returning the equipment. Will never not do in person check in ever again!

Andrew DI never received information on the process for picking up a U-Haul outside of normal business hours. I did not know that I had to download the U-Haul app or set up an account. Therefore, on the morning of pick up, I had to make two separate phone calls to Customer Service for assistance. Once I finally got the information for the process for this location, the photograph to help find the key to the U-Haul did not match the area. Once I was able to find the lock and keys to the U-Haul, the items (dolly, furniture mover, and blankets) I had reserved were not provided. Needless to say, the lack of communication and clarity caused me to be an hour behind on my schedule to get moved that day.
Kara HJim is awesome, he went above and beyond to help me. I wish you all the best Jim! Thanks again from Michigan.

mark cI reserved the Uhaul a month before my moving date & 12hrs before I was supposed to pick it up, the reservation changed. Uhaul wanted me to go over an hour away to pick the van up. The new castle location (where I live) accommodated me but not only did I have to pick up & drop off at the same location instead of going one way, it costs me twice as much to rent because if this inconvenience. No composition, no 24-48hrs was given to me. I will never rent from Uhaul again.
