Interior of truck was dirty, had coffee spilled on passenger seat, French fries underneath passenger seat. Needs a good cleaning.

The truck had a broken wiper blade, had garbage still in the cab from a previous user and no snow brush. Obviously not cleaned or sanitized after the last renter.

Drivers door did not seal properly. Very noisy.

I had to call corporate over this location as they tried to short change me almost 50 $for the rental. This left a very bad impression on me and I won't return to that location for anything.

The service was great, the fee was excellent for what we needed a truck for! The only thing is the trucks interior was dirty. The dash and consoles and side compartments had dust and debris on them. The steering wheel had not been wiped down. During this time (covid), that was unexpected.

Gentlemen at the store was very helpful and extremely pleasent

Overall satisfied, however I was moving and disappointed that there was no dolly or straps in the truck and had to find someone to borrow those items from them.
