There was no issue with the location. I did have some issues with the trailer itself. It rained and water got into the trailer from underneath or a crack somewhere and all my boxes on the floor were soaked through as well as my mattress and box spring.

The lady in Cherryvale Kansas was absolutely amazing!!! I actually picked up the car hauler trailer after store closing. I was late due to catching a very long train in Coffeeville Kansas. I called ahead and she agreed to stay open so I could pick up my car hauler. She was extremely friendly and helpful even though it was after closing. I forgot to ask her if UHaul offered a Military discount until after she had completed my contract and I was ready to sign. She smiled and said, oh yes, and she took my old contract and rewrote it with the Military discount. That was AWESOME!! She was AWESOME!!!! The car hauler trailer itself worked fantastically on my trip from Cherryvale Kansas to Lakeland Florida. Even though I had a car loaded on it I didn't even notice that it was behind my Ford F150 pickup truck while driving. It tracked and drove perfectly, really impressed. The return of the trailer was quick, simple, and easy. Great job UHaul, keep up the good work.
raymond pOnl, problem was a downpour of rain had to wait awhile for it to slow down. We made our trip with with no problems.
