1st, UHaul failed to have the equipment at my scheduled location. 2nd, U-Haul rebooked my pickup at a different location without maintaining the pickup time or reservation details. 3rd, while the pickup location did the best they could, UHaul computers wouldn’t process payment. 4th, despite me having to go to the other pickup location, UHaul failed to compensate for the fuel and mileage (at $7/gal diesel prices). UHaul charges far too much for this trailer rental to fail on so many levels to respect me and compensate the inconvenience YOU, UHaul, forced on me. UHaul violated this rental contract and should not expect to be respected as an American business when you failed to support the pickup location businesses nor me as a customer.
