Nick was wonderful but having to drive out of town was very unreasonable. I was given a free night but I will look at alternatives should this be the way you do business. Off, don't just switch people out. Back corporate service. Nick's great service saved all your butts!

The area had a significant rainfall. The "lot" to leave the unit was full .. and left limited space to leave the unit that was not in a mud hole. Not related to the drop off location, but rather the U-Haul app. In attempting to "check the unit back in" -- because it was a Sunday and no staff was present ... the app would not allow photos to upload to it ... and would not complete the self checkin process. There were 2-bars of cell services ... perhaps not enough to upload the the photos from this location. Note .. this survey will not allow me to indicate a Not Applicable to the question regarding helpfulness of personnel at the drop off location. Drop off was on Sunday afternoon. No personnel was available, thus it's not applicable.

We had reservation to pick up in Sioux Falls and this rating is for them. When we got there they had just rented the trailer to someone else. The Uhaul person called the renter to see if she would return the trailer but she did not. We had to travel to a different city, Harrisburg, to pick up a trailer. The employees in the Sioux Falls facility were very rude as well. ...disappointing on multiple levels. In contrast, the employees in Harrisburg were very accommodating and nice. Harrisburg facility would be rated an excellent.

Nick stayed late because I forgot my receiver hitch at home. He also notice I had a fuse blown in the truck I bought and went and got it and put it in for me. He wouldn't take any money for it either. That is going above and beyond the call of duty. You don't see that kind of excellent service anywhere else in today's business environment.
