amanda M.Hours of operation are not ideal for uhaul rentals. Was able to do mobli return once we could find the place. Extremely difficult to find especially with a 26 foot uhaul. if I was more familiar with the area I would have gone with the 3 I seen plain out in the open and easy to get to. Live and learn.

ED W.Demolition and run business out a Forman trailer. The truck sounds like it wanted to explode pretty sure someone tried cutting catalytic converters off again(they were rewelded) the exhaust actually sounded like it had bearings rolling around inside (so loud, acceleration from stop was loudest.) I just was not satisfied with it considering we dropped so much money going state to state. And we returned with more than the gas we were left. And a day earlier. I bet there will be no refunds for that
Clayton H.We arrived just before closing and had broken a piece of glass. They were kind to let us use their broom and dustpan to sweep the truck. They were extremely helpful to us even though it was their closing time. After we arrived home, we realized that a jacket was left in the truck and called to check about it and they said yes, they were holding it for us and they also found his back brace between the seats. We are thankful that we encountered such helpful and honest people at Nick's Auto. A+ all the way.

Thomas L.Location is excellent. Dealing with online scheduling/dispatch was far from a pleasant experience. Zero recognition that by moving my pickup location it was going to make me drive an extra 65-70 miles to pickup and drop off vs where i reserved the trailer. At $3,5/gal and 17mpg it was unplanned, unexpected, and way more than i was anticipating.
scott M.Sun visor missing and holes in passenger seat. With mobile check-in, these areas are not really addressed resulting in the potential for a cust to be unfairly charged for damage they did not do. Luckily, my rental site was aware of these things...
jill O.This location was not at fault, however the fact that U-Haul confirmed reservations for trucks that were not really available was ridiculous. I could have saved at least $800 for keeping my booking for a Saturday pick-up (how I ended up actually moving), versus booking on a Friday pick-up (what we chose to switch to). I reserved my truck a month in advance and made plans around the truck pick-up/move-out date like most families do. The Friday pick-up never happened because the truck was never returned on time and they didn't have a back-up truck to be ready for me or anyone (no inventory in area). I was only offered the $50 guarantee deposit and $100 off of the truck, which in my opinion was a drop in the bucket for a priceless inconvenience which caused my family to scrap plans with family, friends and pull double duty to move out of the house we were supposed to move out on a day earlier. I could only imagine how many people were in our position only. In my opinion, because of U-Haul over booking trucks. U-Haul need to manage their inventory better and stop at the truck limit plus 1 back-up in case something goes wrong with the truck that was reserved for the family. The truck should just not be counted to be reserved if it's not in a lot ready to go.

Herbert M.Always extra charges no matter what!!! Uhaul needs to be included in a class action. I know it's not just me getting hit extra every time !!!! Filing a complaint with everyone I can against Uhaul practices.

John M.Had to drop off after hours. Nothing in the uhaul website said a word about any fee for dropping off after hours. The drop off location had uhaul equipment on two separate sides of concrete parking dividers. It was not clear where the truck was to be dropped off. Online return required me to take and submit pictures of everything I had just taken a video of for my personal records of the truck's condition. That's fine. Just very time consuming. Finished the online return, went to drop the key in the drop box, and the drop box itself was the first and only place that I saw a 20 after hours fee would apply. And the key wouldn't even fit into their drop slot without forcing it. I'm SURE that the scratches on the key will be used against me as well to try to nickel and dime my move

Craig H.I did check-in by the app on my phone. It was very easy. Check-out on the other hand was not. The app would not recognize my picture of the odometer and fuel reading. I am SOO glad I returned the truck during business hours. The woman at the desk was very helpful in getting me checked in.

Jessica N.I arrived right after the office closed. I inspected the truck and then dropped the key in the box. I, of course, couldn't get the app to work again. The next morning I was changed an overnight fee. I dropped the vehicle off in the time frame I was supposed to and then dropped the key as I was supposed to. They had to do nothing, but I was charged a ridiculous fee anyway. I have called them twice in the past 3 days and no return call. They just charge my card, and don't respond. Rip off.

KENNETH B.The location was not terrible, but the u-haul was the worst I've ever rented. I have rented u-hauls on many occasions for many reasons, but this was by far the worst. The truck itself smelled strongly of cigarettes' (which is not terrible, and could be overlooked) but the maintenance itself was borderline unsafe. The truck did not go over 50, the cab felt almost disconnected from the haul ( even when empty) and the trip was terrifying. I love the company but this was disappointing to say the least.

Never did. Went to my local dealer to pick up my ordered trailer , only to find they didn't have one. So making a reservation was a waste of my time

Shelly H.When they switched the ball for my trailer rental, they did not tighten it. The trailer become unhooked from my hitch and was being pulled by chains only. Luckily, this happened in a residential area instead of on the highway.
Matthew S.Super nice lady went out of her way to help me on what could have been a complete disaster. I booked the uhaul and movers on the phone and the rep put the wrong day in. He had my movers showing up in Wed and the truck pickup was Thursday, this was all during the week all the college kids go back to school so finding a uhaul truck is like finding a mermaid wearing a 4 leaf clover necklace riding a unicorn. :) I really appreciate her helping me. Thank you so much. The movers were on time and great at both locations!!!
