You need an after hours phone # listed on paperwork. We rented an appliance dolly but realized that when we returned the truck that the back don't lock and that's where we had to leave the dolly. And another thing is we think we left the hinge to our refrigerator in there but couldn't check because the business was closed (this is Saturday evening and won't open until Monday) and we didn't want to get into trouble for being on the property after hours. So all of our food went bad. So you really need the phone rerouted to your cell phone when you have trucks coming back after hours. Thank you.

Closed when unit returned, the web based return system did not work. Spoke with Nick's auto the next day and all is good.

Website and use of the app was inconsistent. Website should state online pickup times out and locks out if not on time. I had to call customer service to reset my pickup time (1 hour later). Once this was done worked smoothly. Customer Service was helpful.

I understand there is only one representative assisting customers and when I picked up the truck she was very busy. I feel a portion of the process was not explained. When I walked to the truck I feel if I did not ask questions nothing would have been shared. When I returned the truck the same woman assisted me. She was pleasant and helpful.

The truck was in great shape. It is obvious that U-Haul has an effective maintenance and inspection program. As an aircraft inspector I tend to notice these conditions.

The truck was badly out of alignment. The headlights were too dim and the windshield wipers didn’t work hardly at all.

There is not a marked space to leave rentals. I would suggest adding hours of operation to drop off location choices on the app and website. It would be easier to drop off if the business was open.

Part way thru our trip pulling. 5X8 trailer the drivers side tire list a chunk of tread 3 rows wide and 12 inches long. Roadside assistance said we could pull. over and it would be roughly 2 hours to get the tire fixed. Our trip was delayed significantly. I don't believe the tires were inspected prior to our rental.

I feel everytime we use U-Haul we get screwed. We ordered a 20ft and by the time we picked it up it was 26ft. We did not need all this space. We were told when we placed or order it would be a 20ft. It seems like we can't catch a break. Last time UHaul was not at location. This is not good customer service.

Truck broke down (spark plug wire detached from coil service mechanic stated was not properly attached after servicing. This also caused the auto throttle body to need replacing) after service mechanic repaired (approximately 3 1/2 hours) we resumed our trip got 5 miles down the road and the auto transport blew a tire. After this was fixed it was late and I decided to get a motel for the night. All in all between buring extra gas running on one less cylinder and cost of the room set me back approximately another $225.00 not to mention my time. The person receiving the truck didn't even offer to discount my bill. I was active duty military for over 20 and have used UHaul many times. This is by far my worst experience ever.

This was not the location I had selected. They did not have my mattress covers nor enough furniture pads for what I ordered. I had to go to another location to obtain these things. No one informed me that I would be charged more for keeping the truck longer than exactly 24 hours.

I called the Columbia St location and thought I was renting a truck from there. Nicks employees weren't available the same hours as the Columbia St location and I was charged a higher rate than was quoted to me on the phone.

Very professional, we had a small issue while picking up our truck, Nick's auto was very helpful and made our experience easier. I would recommend that Nick's Auto be the only place to go in the Springfield Ohio area to rent a U Haul.

Did not have right size truck, then when they found a smaller one, had to wait almost 4 hours. That put us behind. Also, not given enough miles to get to new house. As a result, had to make extra trips, so paid a lot extra for that. Not a happy camper!!!
