He was amazing. He really helped me when I needed it. I had got a 5x8 trailer but I couldn't fit all my stuff in it so I called customer service and spoke to like 4 people trying to get it swapped out for a 6x12 the first Lady was NO HELP. But the rest were so helpful. I was able to swap out trailers. I had no problems after I was good to go on my 22hr drive. I really want to thank the man at Nitro equipment he made sure I was good.

Monica MThe worker arrived 20 minutes late, did not really understand I was from Canada and did not complete the paperwork to show I was from Canada and dropping off in Canada. So ,when I tried to delivery unit to drop off point I had to go back home and call the 800 # to find out why and then try and get a hold of original point to have them change or correct paperwork ,that took almost 3 hours and I finally called back the 800# to find out if all paperwork was complete. The original person at pick up could not even call me back to tell me all was corrected. So, Yes not impressed!

Charles WHad a noon pick-up time and arrived to find the place locked with no contact information. Had to wait an hour for the person to show up to get the trailer. Also tried contacting the UHAUL 1-800 number with no success.
Andrew KAnswer the phone when your customers are reaching out for assistance. On hold numerous time for over twenty minutes just to have the call finally ring then get disconnected. Given wrong Information about return drop offs at a center in San Antonio that only expected trucks and not trialers. The following day finally had an employee at the location I dropped it off at help me out. He went out of his way to help me out. Pick up location did a good job also.
ARTHUR SWould recommend location, gentleman was very nice and understanding. U-haul on the other hand was not very good at giving me an location for pick up and drop off like I had requested. My pick up was easy, went to drop off and location was closed normally during these days. U-haul did not allow me to change locations for some reason and tried to charge me 4 days when I had wanted to pick up and drop off next day. Luckily the gentleman understood the scam u-haul was trying to pull and only charged me the correct days as per my contract. Will never be using u-haul again after this incident.

JULIAN NThe truck was dirty, tires had been through mud and were not cleaned. The cargo box had not been swept and the cabin had a unpleasant smell for being a rather new truck. Also wish U-Haul will consider increasing their fleet with trucks equipped with cruise control for long haul drives.
