Truck broke down - was left on side of highway for 3 hours before they got anyone there- with no where safe to go - no food - no bathroom . Then we were offered $500 credit if WE reloaded our things to another truck - which we agreed to because we needed to get on road. Now we have NOT received our credit - have called and person said someone would call me back within 3 days - going on 6 days and haven't received credit nor a return call!!!!

Very limited service. Truck was well-maintained but not clean. Last driver's muddy shoes left the inside dirty.

Unclear where to leave truck. No help or adequate signage. Woman in convenience store pointed out where to park.

I forgot my personal dolly on the truck thats my fault oh well. But I put in $25 of gas before taking it back but was charged $30 for gas (only drove it 33 miles). Plus $30 fee for gas. I don't see how 33 miles or 8 gallons equals $50 when gas right now is $2.77.

Current road construction makes it a nightmare

Very bad neighborhood, had people approaching the truck trying to drop it off. Website would not let us change the drop-off location. Tried to call with hold times over an hour, tried to chat with reply times over an hour, called again and stayed on hold so long that I fell asleep and never got to speak with anyone so we were charged for stuff that we should not have been charged for such as a wrong location drop-off fee and items that we could not dispute. By the way.... no one ever replied to the chat.

Everything was streamline and efficient. This is a great location to rent from off the fly. Super friendly and excellent customer service. Would get a rental here again!

We were overcharged and they charged us for a two day rental when we only had the truck for less than 24 hours. I learned to not trust the person who is checking you in and checking you out for your UHaul contract. You are better off checking in online and checking out online to prove the exact time you returned your equipment. I will never use UHaul and especially this location again.

If a customer reserves a rental truck and in the morning he shouldn't be told to pick up at another location with the correct time to pick up. I was told I could pick up the rental at 12:00 pm 1/31/2020. I called and was told the person who took care of rental at the pickup location did not come in until 3:00pm . I went to pick up my retal and the store/U-Haul rental was bad.

Location in a poor area and the Uhaul rental was done over the phone at a run down convenient store. I had to hook trailer up and had to figure it out. Horrible experience.

They are dishonest. They were not there when I dropped the Uhaul off and when I kept calling to need the trip they over charged my deposits saying I over did the miles when I took pictures of the speedometer and it clearly said I had 42 miles remaining out of the 299 we purchased. Bad business.

While there was no actual problem with the rental, the location is a gas station on the far side of town and the rental agreement is done over the phone. I was not entirely comfortable doing the contract over a phone instead of in person. Otherwise the rental was fine and the equipment was clean and functional.
