This business overcharged me for using a smaller uhaul. I paid more for his smaller uhaul than a large uhaul I rented from him previously. I would not recommend him to anyone. Women Beware!

I had a trouble experience; see the following below: 1. The first truck I was assigned tires were at the tread. I requested Mr Jimmy to replace the tires or the truck. I informed him that I was driving almost 1 000 miles to Virginia. He stated he couldn't replace the tires but will reassign me another truck. Well he struggled with that process and I was at the facility over 4 hours. 2. The new truck I was assigned had several damages and the inside was dirty. I asked how can we note the damages and he stated there weren't any way to note the damages but he could put stickers on it. That was the only way to indicate the damages. 3. The truck didn't feel safe to drive and I asked can we replace the truck Beto was concerned about my safety. 4. I called the local regional number for assistance because I wasn't receiving from the local rental. They assisted and informed me to go to another location in Indianola, Mississippi to exchange the truck. They had arranged me to pick up another truck. 5. On Saturday, October 19, Mr West from this location stated he had nothing reserved for me and he didn't know how to exchange the truck. That wasted my time and miles because nothing was accomplished. 5 I was referred to another location in Greenwood Ms to exchange the truck and that manager stated he didn't know how to exchange the truck… There is a big gap in providing customer service, problem solving and exchange trucks if there is an issue. I am so disgusted with the level of service received. I highly recommend that all the field managers train their authorized representatives. This entire process was very frustrating. I don't have the energy to and time to fully explain all my concerns here but feel free to contact me. Very frustrated Nicole

Philip GThe owner of this establishment was very rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. H shook his head and rolled his eyes. The inside of the building is cluttered and nasty. Stray cats were almost coming into the building until I stomped them away. This was the most horrible transaction I have ever encountered. I would never use this location again!

RiShauntia BI would not even recommend this location to a homeless person. It was filthy and disgusting. The personnel was not of any help until after the fact and at that point no help was needed. I was also charged $10 for cleaning the truck, but when I received the truck it was filled with trash from previous movers. I even cleaned the truck before returning it. I'm appalled and disgusted about being charged a fee.
Michael LThe pickup was terrible. The confirmation on the website changed pickup addresses depending on what screen you were on, which was confusing. Then when I arrived, contact-less pickup didn't work because their GPS address is in the system wrong or something so it kept telling me I was in the wrong place plus they had the key inside the office anyway. And then the computer system didn't work, so we had to call it in. And then their phones didn't work, so I had to call on my cell phone. And then, to top it all off, they lost my physical credit card at some point and we searched their office for almost an hour. I mean, we were all on our hands and knees searching a very cluttered and dirty office. I had to cancel the credit card account and am still dealing with the fallout because of things that were on autopay on that card. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous and awful and I will be sure not to ever pickup from that location again.

I needed a 26ft truck drove 900 miles and No truck...Heck! no U haul location...I called morning of pick up because I did not get a call as promised the night prior from representative. I was told there was no equipment at that location and I have to drive two hours to get an 20 ft truck...that was not large enough..So we have to make another 1800 mile round trip to get remaining furniture...Hold times are longs...I am not happy...

Breanna PThe office location needs a deep cleaning. There is barely anywhere to sit when waiting to do the rental contract. I think that if the system did not go down nationwide that day I would not have complained about the disarray of the office setting. The office manager did all he could to complete the contract on Friday but I had to return on Saturday for the rental which put me behind schedule and increased my fuel cost.

Neathra SThe rental process was easy and I was only charged for the mileage accumulated while using the vehicle. It was a very clean, up-to-date truck as well. This was my first experience with u-haul, but I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
