Nothing the guy's that helped me is great. I have been to this location twice and the same gentleman helped me. He is awesome he is very friendly and professional.

Linda JMy experience was fantastic. Bill who works there treated us with respect and made moving a lot more pleasant than it could be. He was such an uplifting and pleasant person during the whole process. He was thorough and made sure everything was in good condition and well maintained. He answered the phone immediately and took care of all our needs. I recommend this location because I know Bill will always treat people with respect and courtesy. I would never rent a truck at another location because this employee makes it all right without telling or complaining to anyone. He is the greatest part of U=Haul!!!

jesus oI really like this U-haul location. The owner is friendly and great to work with, and it has been really quick and easy to rent U-haul trucks on the two occasions we've had reservations. I plan to continue visiting this location for all of our U-haul needs!

henry tTruthfully I rented a uhaul maybe 3 years ago from a location down the street and it was a horrible experience with the vehicle. Literally because it smelt so bad like something died in there and smoked. So I was nervous how my experience today would be but it was great. Vehicle was great. Smelt just as you'd expect more so but not in a gross way. Just being truthfully honest here. Loved norco rentals for their help also.

Steve ERan into a few issues with my moving situation call U-Haul the day before to inform them that I may need the truck for another day. The attendant said that I need to bring the truck back by 11:30 AM. I need the truck for another day instead of the attended allowing me to move forward by running the truck another day he said he had another client that needed a truck I made it back to U-Haul. Instead of the attendant allowing me to rent the truck another day I bring the truck back and he still charged me for another day. Unfortunately I had to go to a different U-Haul to rent another truck not so happy.

Vicki BStop the false advertising! The vehicle says $19,95 but it does not post all the hidden fees uhaul applies to your bill. Uhaul is a huge scam and I do not recommend using their services until they are transparent with their pricing!

Nattapong SThe inside of the truck bed had dirt and leaves. I am sure it was swept once but because of the winds we were having it was pretty dirty by the time we picked it up. Need to be swept again.
Wayne SUnknown to the facility the truck was making a really bad ratting sound coming from under the cab area of the truck. They saId they will check into it. They are great at this location. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Norco area.

Ann DNotified me 11 hours in advance of the reservation change so I didn't give me time to choose another method. It was so hard and painful Even if you make a reservation in advance, it is useless as you change it unilaterally and notify me.
