They connected the trailer to my van, checked that my lights functioned and provided everything I needed in about 10 minutes. I have not suggestions.

Mark MThe parking brake was faulty. When I was driving I would hit a bump and the parking brake light on the dash would light up and the warning horn would begin to blow. It would not stop until I would pull over and shut off the truck and then restart the truck. As I was mostly driving on a highway I had to endure this load high pitched horn until the next rest area as I was uncomfortable pulling over on a busy highway. I had that horn ringing for over 200 miles which made for a very uncomfortable drive. I had a headache all night and still had ringing in my ears most of the following day. Not the level of service I have come to expect as a long term Rentor from Uhaul.
