The trailer was quite old and I was concerned about the hitch mount safety. While I arrive safely without incident, it may be getting time to retire that particular trailer.

RICHARD NWe were asked to return the truck early if possible which we did by 2 days. The we were charged over $40 for gas as we left it at 1/4 and it was 3/16 by our records when we picked it up. Given the early return we feel this fuel charge was very excessive

The current condition was much older than the photos on the app. License plate was pealed, sides had scratches and the trailer was covered in pine needles. The photos depicted a much newer trailer. There was some moisture in the front corners of the trailer. I rent from this location regularly, and I do have to say the manager is EXCELLENT.

rock sThe Wi-Fi at the location, offered because there's no cell service there, was unclear (name of network posted was incorrect, password was difficult to decipher) and also, it was down. It took me an hour and a half and four phone calls to get all the necessary photos etc uploaded and check out the truck. The customer service agent I spoke to over the phone was really, really wonderful though. She is a gem.
