I was pleased with evert aspect of this Uhaul location, equipment, and employee's. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. It was my best experience with Uhaul and i have been to many locations in various states.

Price is cheap for the 6x12 trailer we rented too! Anyways, good customer service and ease of access because its close to home.

Michael H.Thanks more to the women for working that day, they were very kind and friendly. The car was clean and very comfortable, but there was a problem. The car just didn't start at one moment, I knew how to get it, but I didn't want to get into someone else's car. I had to wait for an hour and a half for the mechanic. Maybe I wouldn't have lost so much time if the car had been checked for defects. Sorry for the mistakes, I'm using a translator.

Lourdes L.The only thing I can say that. That when I call the location directly the office kept hanging up on me, as I could hear them in the back ground speaking. Then I would be just hug up on, it happen several times. I had to call a different location and that office set up everything for me at the location I needed. However when I got to the location it was easy and the office staff was nice and help full.

And only used it for 3 so After checking the rental trailer back in with an employee, They forgot they checked it in and thought I still had it and charged me 3 times for the same rental instead of looking outside and seeing the trailer in there lot. How did 4 people miss that??!! Hope I get my money back.

Randy C.From the moment I walked in, I was put off by the snide and condescending attitude of the agent behind the counter. She was snippy and rude and passive-aggressive. When I returned the van, (early, by the way), she sent someone to go inspect it, and then she disappeared. The guy looking at the van just sat inside texting someone for about 15 minutes. I asked him twice directly if everything checked out, and he just mumbled something about technical difficulties and disappeared. Later that day I was charged $50 for a cleaning fee, and when I asked them to show me photos of what they had to clean, they had none. This place is run by crooks.

I drove the truck to the office and the employee that ended up checking the truck back in later that day just yanked it open for us! Thank you! And with a smile the whole time! All the employees there are so nice!
