I dropped the trailer during off hours. The place was well lit, with plenty of room to maneuver. I had no interaction with the staff- but their location was top notch.

Betty CYour phone app is terrible. It is too difficult to work through. Having to type information in two or three times is ridiculous. Having to type in drivers license number and then take a photo seems like duplication. It took me an hour to login and then another 40 minutes to finish the rental process. Please find a better way.
