GARY JWe made a reservation over a month ago at the North Division location. Upon arrival they said they didn't have a truck for us and we needed to go to another location. There were lots of trucks in the lot.

Dale PGreat place to store house hold stuff when moving. Clean and well taken care of facility. Only issue we ran into was access in is really tight as far as driveway size so pulling trailers and arrangements need to be made to have other gates open to gain access to your unit. But other then that great place nice and clean we had a unit for a year with zero issues.

The place I secure and our fee was cheaper than other places. I love how Kimberly is accommodating and easy to work with. Moving our RV and vehicle out was easy to do. Richard J | Expérience généraleI did not want to pick up my u-haul from that location, but I was told the day before pickup that the location I picked didn't have anything available. Not only that but it was too expensive for a one-way trip so we had to bring it a long way back to drop it off and it was still over $100 dollars, which they took $160.00 from my account, and I still haven't received the credit I'm due and I turned it in the same day, Saturday afternoon.
SUZANNE MAlways rent from this location when I can. Without badmouthing another nearby U- haul location, working with this place is always a better experience. Particular thanks to Kimberly. She was extremely helpful setting up the reservation and making the pickup smooth. Great job, will see you next time we need a truck!

Tina S | Expérience généralePerson has no idea how to attach safety chains or emergency brake cable. Yard is not appropriate to accommodate trailers as they cannot be moved by hand without extreme force when putting on ball hitch. Friendly staff and good customer service just an overall lack of knowledge and safety. A rep needs to be sent out to review the trailer location and training needs to be done with mini storage staff.
JUSTIN DThe truck was clean. As for maintaining, it had no AC. 590 miles drive with AC not working isn’t very fun.
David HKimberlee was amazing! There is a small issue at the drop off location. I was able to call her and she talked me through the issue. It’s service like this that makes for brand loyalty. I will always go with U-Haul even if it’s a little more expensive. Clearly you can get what you paid for. I can’t say enough about Kimberlee and her staff.

Steve MI arrived about 10 minutes before the location opened. Didn't expect help until normal hours of operation. Agent came out and disconnected my rental equipment prior to opening the store. Agent was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

They were fast and friendly checking us in. We were on our way home in five minutes.
