The truck was filthy, the Driver side and passenger side work covered in mud passenger side had chunks of mud it hadn't been cleaned at all. Definitely was a little discouraging I couldn't even put my pocketbook between the seats it was so dirty and crumbs and look like somebody ate inside there and didn't clean it. Check in online is deceiving. When booking online I chose not to have the damage protection. When I checked in online the day of my rental the damage protection was thrown in without my knowledge. Very deceitful. Would like a refund for the damage protection.

My equipment was not in the truck which I want a refund for since I could not use it, and the check in process was long and excessive with having to call people after I took a picture of myself and my drivers license and the representative helping didn’t communicate what was going on.

I put way too much gas in the vehicle and didn't use about $40 worth. Would be good to know that. Also truck bed was not 2' as advertised online.

Accidentally locked my keys in the truck at the U-Haul location, neighborhood location. U-Haul folks offer no help. Handed me a paper describing roadside assistance, and basically told me I am on my own! No answer at roadside assistance. Locksmith cost me $90 out of pocket. Really!!! No one has a spare key?!!!! Nobody?!!!!

The link for mobile check in didn't work so we weren't able to pick up the rental for scheduled time.

Reserved a truck with dollies. No dollies at the time of pickup but charged for them. Would not rent from this location again.

When My Husband Went To Pick Up the UHaul Truck~The Guy That Waited On Him Was Having Issues With The Computer and was unable to Give Him a Receipt or Paper Work~So we were unaware of the Protocol of Drop Box for the Keys, so that we could Drop it off Sunday instead of on Monday when They Were Open~And The Guy Never Said Anything About the Drop Box Either~If We Had Known, we would have dropped it off on Sunday…We have Never Rented a UHaul, So We Just Assumed that Because they were not Opened that we had to wait until the Following Day~So am Not Happy that we had to Pay for an Extra Day, When The Truck Just Sat in Our Driveway~ Thank You for Your Time Brenda Koerner Sent from my iPad

I wanted to pickup my vehicle at 50 Sturges Rd Peckville Pa 18452 but supposedly the size truck wasn't available. U-Haul redirected us to the Keyser Ave location which added an hour onto our day needing to travel there and back. The reason we wanted 50 Sturges Rd was because we had storage units at this location that we needed to load. When we got back to 50 Sturges Rd we saw in their lot the exact vehicle we needed. We obviously didn't need to travel for our truck to Keyser Ave but U-Haul doesn't know where their inventory is located. We upsetting and inconvenient. This could have and should have been handled much better.

Post a sign when closing the store early. I got there before the closing time and nobody was there. Make it easier to switch to a mobile pickup from a web browser on a phone. The process to switch was very painful.
